Moe's Southwest Grill

Me and my family have been going to this location for years and today I received the best food and service I ever have, Thank you very much to those ladies!

I stopped coming here because they’d always skimp you on everything from chips to the protein in your burrito. So I decided to give it a shot after a couple years of not coming and decided to take my employees here for lunch. Every single item we got was 99 percent filler toppings and 1 percent protein. Literally every bite I took all you could taste of black beans and rice. Big mistake on my part thinking they stopped doing this to their customers but I some things never change. Now I’m out 60 bucks for the slop they served me and had to take everyone out to eat again wasting time and spending more money to get my staff something more respectful than 2 specs of chicken after a hard day of work. Do better.

Came in late and the manager brandi was awesome! Since we were so late we couldn’t get the meat we wanted but Brandi’s awesome personality and customer service made up for it.

Neighborhood family favorite

Moe’s is doing its best Chipotle impression and barely putting any protein in their tacos. Prices have increased, portion sizes have shrunk.

We go here all the time, the people there are awesome and remember our order! great food, even better service.

The steak tasted very cheap and chewy. Pretty disappointed considering my burrito was $15 plus tax.

Called to place an order over the phone, was told they don’t allow them over the phone, and the guy hung up on me. Needless to say I won’t give them my business for being rude.

Moes is so fire!! The staff is absolutely amazing and I feel like they don’t get enough recognition for their hard work. LOVE moes and love the atmosphere. Great job guys!!

Ordered delivery. Apparently it's very hard to read an order. Items that I did NOT order were added and items that I DID order weren't included. On top of that, the rice was super dry, the beans overcooked and mushy, and I got 4 small pieces of tofu. I will never order here again.

This is the best Moe’s in Jacksonville, always greeted with friendly faces, my food is always fresh and the atmosphere is nice and clean at all times, Monique is great and the rest of the crew is too!
