Moe's Southwest Grill

Came in tonight wanted something Togo to binge watch my favorite show there were two people working they were friendly and accommodating made my food with care and love cuz boyyyy it’s mouth watering good the manager on duty was so sweet even laughed at my corny jokes made me feel great……
However my one complaint cuz of course I asked why are the employees not able to take their cash tips home at the end of the night I tipped for their service not to be split btw all the other employees? Just something to think about

Nice clean location! When you come in, ask for Reggie! Friendly and great guy! Very professional and made a perfect burrito for me, just how I like it... with my special requests. Reggie made it a fun experience.. Thank you!

Food - 1 star ⭐️ wayyyy too salty, I couldn't even finish.... the chips were the skimpiest amount I have ever EVER ordered at Moe's.. I remember the nachos overflowing on the tray. Not this time.. plus the queso probably was a little over half full in the cup.

Prices - ⭐️ gone way up since the last time I ate at Moe's

.......but Reggie's service was so awesome, that I didn't complain... except for the too salty food... but that's Moe's doings, not his

Lbr, Moe's is not a hard concept to pull off. Like 10 other fast casual chains do this and I've never been so disappointed in the execution than I was when I visited this establishment. There was one dude working the line, cash register etc at noon on a Friday and a ridiculous long line. Why I stayed I will never know. He was way sweaty and yelled something like "awright yall, I'm the only one here so figure out whatcher gawna eat and tell me, no changin it because I'm making all these really fast to get you outta line."

Okay yeah whatever dude you make minimum wage and you got screwed over schedule wise but don't take it out on us. He proceeded to make all 10 of us the most garbage versions of faux Mexican food the world has ever seen. I was like "come on bruh if ur gonna do this to me at least throw in some hawk tuah."

Anyways the FL heat and humidity must've been getting to me bc instead of confronting him and taking it to the top of Moe's twisted corporate ladder I paid for it like a passive overweight gen z weirdo and ended up throwing it away after 3 bites. Will never go here again.

Parking: I am handicapped and was able to get a handicapped spot no problem.

I placed an online order and it was supposed to be ready almost 40 minutes ago and still is not. There is a young gentleman working alone. It is not his fault, doing his best but this is the poorest management I’ve seen.

I ordered delivery a home wrecker bowl with black olives added. They literally gave me 3 black olives on top. Who does that? Smh

Go to Sierra Grille instead. Waaay better.

The AC was out. It was cooler to sit outside.

The food looked really sus. Like not fresh. Guac was all brown. Salsa bar was low and missing salsas. Really just grossed out overall. Almost cancelled my order, but didn’t want to be rude.

I come to this Moes often. I always get the same exact orde, nothing ever changes. The burritos are great but my only complaint is that they NEVER have hard rock sauce. I love hard rock sauce and they never have it. It’s never made or is always in the “process of being made”. Kinda annoying but other than that, I have no complaints

I used to like the food here, and would usually get the nachos, but they have been skimping on the queso cheese. They used to fill the cup to the top, then halfway, and now they give you have of a small "sample cup", and they only fill that halfway. The platter just keeps getting smaller, and you basically don't get any queso cheese anymore. To top off todays order, they ingredients all looked old, and the beans had a unpleasant crust to them. This was the last straw, as I am done with Moes. Just another example of a company putting their bottom line before quality, and customer service. The reason I gave it 2 stars for service, is every time I go there, the employees are new and seem to have no clue what goes with what. If the owner sees this and wants to reach out, forget it, because you have been driving this place into the ground for a long time now.

I have ordered from this location plenty of times in the past and I have never had any issues but today I just ordered a quesadilla and a bowl of quedo, my entree was fine, but the bowl of queso, which is usually the largest size you can get, is usually filled to the brim, not so much today, it was only halfway filled. I expect to be getting what I paid for.

this location messes up online/app orders like crazy. missing ingredients, wrong ingredients... you absolutely must inspect everything before leaving the store. if you get home and realize their mistakes too late, you're out of luck. they don't answer the phones here, and if you contact corporate, you'll just get a lame apology via email. they won't make it right. you've been warned!

The food was delicious but the employees slacking. The ingredients in the line were almost empty, the salsa bar almost empty and there was no ice. The employees didn't seem to care.
