Worse experience ever and we love this location but my husband and I usually go for lunch maybe that was our issue, we went for dinner (which shouldn’t matter).
Skyler W was our server and was the absolute worst! She didn’t part her lips; no greeting, didn’t follow up and ask if we needed anything… nothing. Dropped food and walked off. The food is “usually “ always good. Smoked wings and brisket are our go to. Ordered smoke wings (they came out hot) a jumbo brisket sandwich and a side salad. (Trying to eat light after Thanksgiving ) We ate the wings then Skyler brought our salad (which had more cheese than lettuce) and no brisket. Which we thought was unusual. After 10 mins, I noticed her watching the game (FL vs FSU) with her arms folded… just chilling. Continued checking on other guests and finally I got her attention and asked about the brisket sandwich. She replied, it should be coming up. We were very shocked because we’ve NEVER waited almost 30 minutes after eating our appetizer; for our sandwich. We know the brisket is done. She finally brought the sandwich to us. Bun was COLD Meat was COLD! As if it had been sitting! We made her aware of the food; no apology she just picked it up and walked off! Returned with the sandwiches dropped them off again without an apology. Meat now lukewarm, bun still COLD! What a complete waste of time and money! Of All the places we could hv gone; we were very disappointed to say the least!
I’m not going to play the “race card” but in this instance; it’s was definitely questionable.

Mojo had a neat deco, the server was excellent and the food, AMAZING! The plates came full of food, no small meal. The pulled meat was perfect, not over seasoned and they had sauces at the tables. We agreeded the Sweet sauce was Superb!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Ordered the spare ribs on Uber eats and very disappointed to be sold old ribs that are dried out and actually have a sour smell once the meat is broken. I’m glad I only ate one smh . The second rib I opened was dry and smelled super sour and the fries are very stale

First time at this restaurant yesterday evening. My wife's BBQ was disgusting. Mashed potatoes were cold. There's definitely better and more affordable BBQ in Jax.

The saddest excuse of dry cold burnt ends I've ever seen. I used to frequent this location. No longer will be ordering there. I ordered on Uber eats. From order to door was less than 30 minutes. So it isn't Uber eats fault. How can you let this leave your kitchen? Whoever you hired recently with the "I don't care I just work here attitude" has to go. Otherwise you'll lose customers. I paid $27 this brisket. Not including Uber fees. Whoever sent this out of the kitchen doesn't give a darn about the integrity of the restaurant.
