Very clean great atmosphere and wonderful staff but this time I received a pizza that had hardly any sauce and cheap slimy mozzarella cheese on it, i usually take home left overs but left leaving almost a whole pizza

Jacksonville Florida has 3 pizza places that offer the best pizza one can find in the entire city and Moon River is one of them. In my friend group it is a hotly debated topic on which of those three is the actual best because honestly they are so close in quality that it's near impossible to pick one. They have one location in Jax and one in Fernandina up north, but both have the same excellent products. People working there look like they enjoy what they do and they always seem happy to see you when you walk in.
They've got lots of choices and the prices are reasonable for the quality they're putting out. I'd have something meaner to say about those prices if the pie did not absolutely live up to it's price tag. I don't even live in that part of town and I'll still take the 30min round trip to eat a good pizza.

We traveled up to JAX for a Christmas Market happening on the same street with the thought of grabbing something to eat while there…inly to find out there was a 2+ hour wait to get in…so instead we decided to get a salad and calzone at the place next door. Good thing too since the food was truly great (best calzone I’ve had) and the service was even better than the food! If you’re in the area and are craving great food stop in, you won’t be disappointed!

Best pizza place, I would not go anywhere else. I wish there was one near my house in Arlington but I would make the drive for this pizza, especially the white pizza. Staff are all great and give fantastic customer service! Shout out to Brittany she has a great personality.
