My wife and I dine here on special occasions. This visit was our anniversary. The staff do a great job to make our visit memorably.
Fantastic environment and superb service. Quality of every dish was incredible! Impressed and looking forward to our next visit.
This was our 1st time visiting on our anniversary. Everything was excellent. It is now our favorite steak house and can't wait to return.
Steak was perfectly prepared at medium rare and was a nice size at 16 oz. Beautiful large asparagus which they changed the preparation to balsamic glaze for me. Wine was also nice, with a decent pour. The staff was well trained, very friendly, not overly bothersome, and responsiblities were shared. Everything was well timed. The space is big and overlooks the river with huge windows. The bill required two people to lift, but you knew that going in. They've stayed around because they do it well.
Everything from shrimp appetizer to lava cake dessert was amazing. Our server was also excellent. A+
This was terribly disappointing and we won't be returning. We'd been going to this Morton's many times for our anniversary and birthdays in the past. After asking for bread twice, it was finally brought after our entrees. The wine ordered before our food didn't make it out before the appetizer or entrees; and had to ask where it was. The Brussels sprouts were burnt and sent back; not a little char but full blown probably ruined a pan burnt. The water glasses remained empty and unreplenished after we consumed the first glass each. The sea bass was over firm (overcooked but edible), the filet tasted like organ meat (typical of sitting in blood too long). Only after flagging down our waitress did she look into any of the problems and she replaced the Brussels sprouts. Never saw a manager. We took home the complimentary key lime pie slice as we just wanted to leave by dessert time. When we got home it was a puddle in the container as it was too liquidy to be a pie filling. Let it sit overnight and didn't help; it's now in the trash. Shrimp cocktail was good; the potatoes were good, but for what we spent Morton's should be embarrassed. We get a better meal at Texas Roadhouse for less than half the price and with much better service.
The staff was amazing and they went above and beyond for our birthday celebration. The food was excellent as always.
For the service alone, with Curtis, we would return. Great cocktails. For the prices, I do wish it was more intimate. We have been to establishments with the same price points with more of a feel of a private dinner party. Also disappointed with the creamed corn. Fantastic dessert presentation of the chocolate lava cake!

We absolutely loved Lewis. Great service and made us feel at home. Food was great as well, the gouda and bacon au gratin was fantastic.
PS. Keep Lewis off the scooters 😉😂

Outstanding Service from Lew!
I had an incredible experience at Morton’s Steakhouse, thanks in large part to Lew! From the moment we sat down, Lew made us feel welcome and well taken care of. His attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and deep knowledge of the menu truly elevated our evening. He offered great recommendations, timed everything perfectly, and made sure every part of our meal was just right. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in what they do.
Thank you, Lew, for making our night so memorable—we’ll definitely be asking for you next time!

So it's three stars as very mixed experience. My wife's ribeye was good and well cooked, however my salmon was raw in the center and had bones still inside. Also while the creamed spinach as a side was well made the au gratin potato dish was barely lukewarm which is a shame as it appeared tasty. The service was OK, a little too much chatter but little follow through during the meal. We had to pour our own wine, ask for water and salt/pepper.
First time trying Morton's. Great food, great experience, great service! Steak was just slightly overdone, but still very tasty. Definitely under your preference. Garlic butter was outstanding as a topper!
It was an amazing experience from the service to the food. The only thing was the desert was offer as complimentary, but we were still charged for it.
Our server wasn't very attentive. We noticed she had a large party and she paid more attention to them than anything. I understand you gotta work where the money is but it's not fair to other tables. The table next to use came about 30 mins after us and got their food at the same time. Poor service from here. My steak was over cooked and my sons was undercooked. Probably won't recommend this restaurant to anyone
Although the service, drinks, and ambiance were excellent, I found the value of the steaks questionable given their high price. Furthermore, my steak was significantly undercooked. Although I was offered a complimentary cheesecake for the issue, I still ended up being charged for it.
