The room was freezing cold. We had to send our steaks back because they were not cooked properly (this happened the last time we ate there), the creamed spinach had so much garlic in it I couldn't eat it. I've eaten at Morton's in other cities, but this was the most disappointing out of any of those.
Everything was great for happy hour! Check out my TikTok Amourshannon to see the bites and dessert
Sean and David are great ambassadors for Morton. Great service and attention to detail. Our favorite place for dinner before a show at Florida Theater . Hyatt is great hotel.
Great location, near the Moran Theatre— I've eaten here many times before. Excellent service from our waiter, Lou, who did a fine job getting us out with time to spare for our 7 PM show. Although my fillet wasn't the temperature I requested, Lou remedied right away and it was delicious. Unfortunately our side order of onion rings were stuck together— so it was impossible to eat at a time. We love the ambience and the quality of the food and despite these minor issues we will return.
Great server it was my wife first night and her birthday but I can say the food was very food and it bet ruth chris sorry but facts got to be said thank you for a wonderful rime
Our dining experience began on a positive note—we were seated promptly at our 5:45 reservation. Unfortunately, the rest of the evening fell short. We waited over an hour and a half for our main entrées, with staff attributing the delay to a surge of customers after the Jacksonville Bills playoff game. While we understand that busy nights happen, the prolonged wait significantly affected our experience. When the food finally arrived, it was only warm rather than hot, which dulled the flavors and left the dishes tasting bland. Given that the meal cost nearly $300 for two people, we expected a much higher standard of both food quality and service. Ultimately, this visit turned out to be the worst dining experience we've had and served as a reminder of how critical timely service and well-prepared food are to an enjoyable night out.
We celebrated birthdays for 3 friends. It was cute that they called in advance to ask their names to place printed cards on the table. Our server and team were helpful and friendly. We ordered Cajun ribeyes, the pork chop, Caesar salads, sour cream potatoes, au gratin potatoes, broccolini and spinach. They offered complimentary dessert to all the birthday girls. I like that they were able to select any dessert they wanted on the menu. They had the peanut butter banana bread pudding, the key lime pie and cheesecake. The food was delicious. The only negative was the rubber band that I believe was around the broccoli stalks was in my plate. However, the server and management were very apologetic, corrected the issue right away and removed the item from my bill. The lemon drop cocktails were delicious as well. We had a very enjoyable dinner and will go back to Morton's again. I definitely recommend them when you want a nice evening out.
We had a variety of food: filet mignon, salmon, lobster ravioli, etc. Everything was excellent, in terms of presentation and taste.
Always a pleasant experience at Morton's. Celebrated New Years Eve with my wife. We ordered the Chateaubriand Holiday Dinner for Two for $179. Exceptional value! Plenty of food. We needed several to go containers as we could not eat all that was served.
Taylor and Savannah were very patient with our large group. We came hungrier than we expected and were very indecisive at times. Both servers added to our order, made modifications, and answered our questions with a smile on their face. The ladies and the manager, David, made my daughter's 16th birthday extra special. I will be back again!

This was the first time my husband and I dined here and it was a special birthday for me. The service was outstanding!! We were running a little late for a show and the server was so attentive and kept us on schedule! The drinks were great and my shrimp cocktail appetizer was off the charts - cooked to perfection and colossal sized! I ordered steak and it was slightly undercooked in some areas so that was a little disappointing, but they were quick to fix it. The valet service needs some extra attention for top quality service like we experienced in the restaurant. Overall, we will return for another chance to make this a 5 star! Well done!
I had the best solo birthday date at the bar! The staff was amazing. Thank you all for helping make my 43rd birthday super special!”
Major disappointment!! Im not one to complain I understand not everyone can have their A game every day but our experience was dreadful. Appetizers of Wagyu Dumplings were pot stickers I have had a sports bars, the crab and lobster cocktail was bland and tasted like canned crab meat from grocery store and the French onion soup was absolutely the worse I or my wife have ever had. I order a 14 day aged ribeye and I can absolutely 100% tell you thats not what I got. The steak I got was maybe choice and tuff no way it was aged or prime beef. Wife got Wagyu stroganoff and it was just a beef stuffed ravioli. It took 40 minutes to get the meal as well. I really hate complaining but it was that bad!
The restaurant is attached to the hotel we were staying. We decided to sit at the bar and have drinks and apps. The bartenders were obviously overwhelmed. Not sure if it was intentional or not but clearly understaffed. Despite this, the bartenders did their best. The wagyu sliders and smashburger sliders were both very good. Martini's also very good. Prices are a bit high but expected at a steakhouse.
My wife and I dine here on special occasions. This visit was our anniversary. The staff do a great job to make our visit memorably.
