absolutely terrible customer service. the food isn't even that great either. I will never eat here again. good think there is a brand new Xtreme Wings right down the street!!!

You guys were my favorite place, until today! A child comes in with his uncle and asked for one of the tv’s to be placed on the inauguration you refuse! Who cares who you voted for this was history. It’s a darn shame you have now lost customers!

Purchased a 10pc wings. 8 of the 10pcs had several feathers and/or fine hairs!! I say 8 because I had eaten 2 wings before noticing a feather while eating the 3rd piece. So we can guess what the odds are of the consumed chicken having feathers/hairs too!
I went down to the establishment and presented these wings to the manager's face; only to be told the same thing he said over the phone..."The best we can do for you is offer you $5 off your next meal!! A Fine Feathered Meal, I suppose.

Went here with my family for dinner. All of our food came out at different 20 minute intervals. When I asked the server why this was she stated different dishes take different amount of time to prepare. This would acceptable but 2 of the dishes were identical and came out at different times. When I asked to speak with the manager I was informed they were too busy. Fortunately there are plenty of good restaurants still left in Jacksonville. This is not 1 of them !

Open during Jaguars NFL games and other special events at the TIAA stadium. Beat the crowds by visiting an inside and active quarter and not between quarters or halftime.
Vegetarian options: None or very little veg options
Parking: Recommend not parking and taking public transit during game days
