Idk what the hype is about this place. The food is alright, not the greatest but edible & the prices of what we got were decent, but the service and wait times for staff always seem to be sub par.. waited for so long just to get my son's meal replaced and for the waitress to come back with the check and take my payment. Not to mention it took probably 7 to 10 minutes after I sat down just got be greeted. I won't be coming back anytime soon.

We visited here Friday evening. They were packed. We had a great waitress named Paige! She was handling several tables and our son needed another ranch dressing, so my husband saw a manager just standing near our booth just talking to another customer at the bar and he went over to him and asked if he could please get another ranch dressing for our son. He informed my husband that he could not!!!! What manager says they cannot do something????!!!! Especially something as simple as that??!! His name is Anthony and he shouldn't even be a manager in my opinion!! He should be doing all he can on a busy evening to assist his employees wherever they need help to keep the restaurant running smoothly! Apparently he isn't capable of doing much at all! Our waitress was practically running from table to table! She was a very good waitress so we hated to bother her-- especially when the manager was not doing anything except standing and talking! He literally waited for her to head to our table and stop her and ask if we her table and tell her that we needed some ranch!!! Because of him we won't be back!! That's no manager!! He's the reason we gave only 3 stars!

Awesome wings, fantastic service, great sports to watch on TV. An upbeat and fun atmosphere. Try their chubby wings there my favorite.

My husband said his potato dippers were very good except the beer cheese was like water. The beer cheese with my pretzels was the same way. The pretzels tasted like garlic bread on the outside and just plain bread on the inside. Very little salt. Not something I'll repeat.

Terrible Service…Westside restaurant. To be honest can’t even tell you if the service is good or bad…as I went to pickup a To-go order and basically got NO SERVICE. I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes(to be fair-the young lady was on the phone dealing with a complaint) which I could understand. However there was an another young lady with Wavy blond highlighted hair that kept walking up to the counter and never tried to assist me at all) she acted like I was invisible actually. While the brunette with the glasses and nose ring was still dealing with the complaint the line started to build up and the wavy haired girl came back to the counter and helped the woman behind me without a simple acknowledgment. I had to wait until the brunette got off the phone before I could be serviced. I informed that and every body looked at me dumbfoundedly. That was my first time attempting to patron their establishment and will be the last .

Went with a friend waited around 5 minutes until a waitress came up and took out drink order. Waited another stretch for our first beers to arrive. Finally ordered some wings for myself, and waited another 15 minutes until a different waitress arrived and started tending to us. The quality of the wings was ok. 1 out of the 10 was a broken up wing with shards of bone stuck in it. Plate came mainly with drums and 2 flats. The sauce was ok but nothing write home about. The fries were crunchy but super salty. The service wasn’t really that great as my friend and I had no idea who our server was, and also saw other tables tended to before we were. Kinda felt like we weren’t wanted there. Most likely won’t return.
