The food was fast prepped fresh and delicious don’t go know where else for my seafood,service always perfect and on time you can tell they make their food with perfection and love.

Great customer service. Food quantities is awesome. Extremely professional, even when customers are rude and should be reported. I visited every location and their customer service is always great.

Went there today. The shrimp were mushy definitely old and over cooked.
The snow crab stuck to the shell no clean pull they stuck to the shell fresh a properly cooked shell fish doesn’t do that. they did not charge me for some things but maybe because they knew it wasn’t fresh .I went on a Monday and I feel like they gave me OLD seafood that didn’t sell that weekend . I appreciate the free food but I also expected fresh food 50.00 plus dollar’s plus

Mr Shark food is not as fresh as you would want it to be as customer. Some of the seafood looks like whole hod overs from day before. They lack a distinguishing flavor to there seafood. They just dump seasoning and all over it

Differently not the same

Just called to inquire if they accept EBT, sometimes machines are down so I wanted to check before I travelled to store. The foreign person told me I needed an ID. Why? How would you feel if ICE shows up in your establishment, you've acquired off blacks sweat equity and your grants given to you by the government and tells you to show them ID or else you're getting deported? How dare you! This is why I've stopped supporting them. We need more black owned establishments. Stop spending money with these entitled disrespectful people. You'll never see them supporting us in our establishments.

This young man did his BIG ONE on seasoning this shrimp and fish. Ill be back!

Clean place parking is not the best or safest traffic wise!
What I’ve noticed from this place versus the other places, they don’t engage or have suggestions. It’s basically a stare down until you decide or have a question!

Parking: It’s tight to get in and out due to it’s literally one a busy intersection. Between businesses and a very active neighborhood! City buses turn and you can get stuck until they come all the way past. Especially if they fly around the corner on Ave B.

I can’t rate the service or the food. I came in from NY looking for seafood. I opened the door and I was met with flies.I didn’t walk into the establishment after seeing the flies before getting all the way through the door. This is something that can be prevented with proper cleaning.

This use to be my favorite.... but then they hired this one man who does not know how to season the crabs and makes it extremely to salty..... The black guy that used to work there knew what he was doing, but I don't see him anymore. I gave them 3 more chances and failed every time.

This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes the crabs are good. Other times you can taste the freezer on them or them are mushy. Service isn’t bad
