I'd rate this place a 5 if not for the fact the every time I call in it'll ring to voice mail. Try to call back a few minutes later and it's direct to voicemail. I'd say 1 out of 10 times I can actually place an order for pickup. I'm pretty sure the hours the have online aren't up to date maybe... If you're lucky enough to get an order in the food is amazing. The few times I've been lucky enough to get in there the service was friendly. Great place! Just wish they'd pick up the phone within their posted hours.

The food was just OK. The place is run down, dirty, unorganized and there's clutter everywhere... piles of papers, stuff shoved in corners, stuff on the floor etc.. yuck!

It's a great place, the family and I have been eating there for at least 10 years! Stromboli is exceptional, all salads, calzones, pizza have been excellent! It's take out only so not much atmosphere but everything else is Top Shelf!

Tried this place for first time! It was AWESOME!! We got two Large pizzas and the are HUGE! Got two Large calzones and they each could feed four at least! Really really not a place to look at but food was great!

NAPOLIS, is our absolute favorite pizza in Jacksonville. The owners are friendly, the pizza is consistently delicious. Prices are amazing. The Sicilian style pizza is extremely large. Could easily feed a family of 4, or 5. We love the carnivore. Its loaded with toppings, and honestly the best priced, tasting and looking pizza we have seen in Jacksonville. This is the only place we will buy pizza. You'll have to pick it up, but well worth the drive.

We just picked up a large Deluxe pizza from Napoli's Pizza covered with ingredients and very large fresh and hot out of the oven. Napoli's is our place to go. We go there just about every week to get one of their daily specials which is spaghetti or lasagna and spaghetti or even the ravioli or manicotti. The dinner is also come with a salad and garlic bread I also love the the Greek salad which is full of olives and feta cheese tomatoes it is huge enough for two. I also like the antipasto salad which is also huge and enough for two people. Napoli's is family-owned and operated by Maurice and his wife. We have been going there for the last 10 years and have been very happy with all their service and food
I wish I could give no stars honesty. This older man was the rudest ever, my greeting as I walked in was "you forgot to lock the door" as he spoke to his staff or whatever she was. I asked how much for a delux large and he had no clue, I looked on the menu and answered my own question, then I said I would order one of those, the old guy holds his hands up and says "I'll tell you what, I'm about to leave for the day" REALLY??? It's 6pm! I was here previously and this man was rude as heck as well, the calzones we ordered were pretty good, so we thought we'd give the small business a chance. Absolutely never again, looks like there 3 locations and different owners or not they will not receive any business from me. How do you run a business like this? It's no wonder you guys don't make enough money to even order take out menus or stay open for dinner. Little advice POST YOUR business of operations on the door, don't treat the little of customers that you have like an inconvenience or get your self a job as a bag boy to make income cause you are doing your community a disservice. Disgusting!
