Tried New China for the first time. The food was pretty good nothing amazing, but it hit the spot. Portions were decent, and everything was hot and fresh. The best part was they gave us a free two-liter with our order, which was a nice surprise! Overall, not bad if you’re craving Chinese takeout.

Worst EVER! I paid 70 dollars for a meal and it was terrible. Lo Mein was spaghetti noodles, eggs soaked in grease and wonton lacked cream cheese and chicken was not fresh. NEVER AGAIN!

The food was mediocre for Jacksonville. I feel like they are better places to eat than here. I was in a royach, and this was the closest place for me to get what I was craving.
The guy who rung up my food was really nice and friendly. The only thing is the food wasn’t good at all. The soy sauce didn’t help either.

What happened to this place? They used to be pretty good. Now, no matter what you order, it comes with generic brown gravy on it. Pay no attention to the peppers on the menu indicating spicy dishes. It's all exactly the same thing, with ZEROspice whatsoever. And that "beef"? That wasn't beef, that was flat out RUBBER. I thought the egg rolls would at least be edible but nope, burnt. Just save your money. Seriously. Yikes!

I been coming to this location since it opened in 2005 or 2006 and the food has been very good over the last decade however the chicken wings were B Grade wings they were serving and we stopped eating ever since.. However i checked up on them very rarely and ordered lunch specials only and the boneless spare rib still taste like back in the day when i ordered it :) The food today is very good and the staff is super chill and awesome!!!

I ordered delivery and they gave me a total and then proceeded to take an additional $10 out of my account. Tired repeatedly to call and cancel kept getting hung up on and stalled until the order was picked up. Evidently there delivery is through door dash and they didn't tell me. I have a dash pass account and could have not had all those fees charged to me. I will never do business with this place again! If I could give then a lower rating I would!
