I usually order from this place all the time where they know my phone number and already know my order because I order the same thing every time. I decide to order today, they messed up My entire order As well as brought me Cold food Then, when I called to see if something could be done and let them knew the manager got so nasty and rude with me. When I never complain and a loyal customer VERY Bad bad customer service please do not waste your time here. My pet pee is customer service. I hate for an establishment to feel like your money is no value to them. Everything they sell is not even that good it’s just the ones they make better than other Asian restaurants.

I ordered dinner last night and appetizer I wanted fried dumplings I got steamed!! We ordered General tso for dinner it had 1 piece of broccoli chicken you could not chew small portion but plenty of rice!! Called back they acted like they couldn't understand me then called today asked for management didn't get it so I explained my problem he basically told me he wasn't fixing anything I order from there a lot!!! Never again my money is to hard to come by !! Oh and by the way I still have all the food couldn't eat it!!! So I told him he would lose me as a customer if we couldn't fix this and he said he wasn't going to do anything about it I didn't ask for my $ back just a replacement if I hadn't have paid cash I would be calling my credit card company!! Oh well lesson learned

Every time I order from here, it's disappointing. Sometimes you get a wild craving for Chinese food and because you pay with cash, this is your only option. So never again.

I would be very, very careful paying online at this restaurant. We did so on Friday, with a brand new credit card that had only been used once, about 30 minutes before we placed our order, to buy airline tickets. A day later, my credit card company starts messaging me about fraudulent charges. Two charges were with local Jacksonville area businesses and the only people who had access to our card was New Dragon and I confirmed with them that they are the ones who get the payment information from the website and process the payments themselves.I called to try to make them aware and I was immediately rebuffed and rudely spoken to. The credit card company has been notified but, considering that the food itself it beyond lackluster, I'd recommend picking another place and saving yourself the potential hassle we're going through.

One of those neighborhood Chinese place with surprisingly good food & service. Accidentally discovered the place and I was willing to drive the distance to get my garlic shrimp from them as long as i was in the area. Steaming hot and fresh (i wish i were nearby right now). Family run and very friendly.

I called and my order was delivered right to my hotel room in less than 20 minutes! Delicious food, more than I could eat in one sitting at a great price. Next time you're stuck in an airport hotel do yourself a favor and give these guys a call. You'll be glad you did.

For me fried rice is the quintessential proofI just paid $10+ for this.Bland stuff stale rice.Poorly, non seasoned beef.Giant plastic guards still up since Covid. Pull it down guys.I will update review if you change.
