New Hunan Wok does NOT miss.
I ordered the Singapore Mei Fun with chicken, extra spicy, and let me tell you… that dish was so damn good. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the chicken was seasoned right, and the spice level actually meant something — not that fake “spicy” some places play with.
But the real star? That hot oil.
Top-tier. Flavorful, bold, and it takes the whole dish to another level. Easily my new go-to sauce every time I order.
Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and made with care. If you like real flavor, real heat, and food that actually satisfies, New Hunan Wok is it. This is officially in my regular rotation.
Highly recommend. Go try it — you won’t regret it. 🔥🍜

The egg rolls are filled with some sort of mush, like it’s not a real egg roll with cabbage, carrots, meat, etc. it’s like a mushy substance. 😐

Been ordering takeout and/or DoorDash from here for years. Staff are always so nice. Our go to favorites (Kung Pao Chicken, General Tso, Singapore Mei Fun, and steamed dumplings) are the best around. Occasionally we have tried other places but none compare. Thank you so much for all the goodness.

She insulted me and my service animal. I tried to explain what a service animal was. She said she didn't care. I was there to pickup my order and didn't deserve the stress visited upon me by her attitude.
I will never return to this take out location. If they can't except my disabilities they can't expect to earn my hard earned money.

The best fried rice in Jacksonville and definitely the sweet and sour chicken is even more amazing... they give you a sweet and sour sauce so you can dip the chicken in it and the flavor is indescribable... whenever I want Chinese food this is the place to choose without a doubt.

Cannot overstate how delicious their food is. Feels like home cooking, their eggs rolls are the BEST I've ever had.
Their Honey Chicken is so crispy but still tender. My go to order is the teriyaki chicken sticks with white rice. Highly highly recommend

Take out place atmosphere. Seems clean. Service was good. Food was good except for the egg rolls. I won't be ordering those again.

They're really nice, & the spring rolls & egg rolls are great!
But I wanted plain chicken lo mein, & she assured me it was just "chicken & lo mein."
That's NOT true, it has cabbage & carrots. The flavor was good, but it wasn't what I wanted (or what I ordered).

The food wasn't bad and the service was great.
But I wanted plain chicken lo mein, & they said all that comes in it is chicken & lo mein.
That's NOT the case, there's plenty of cabbage & carrots in there too.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I wanted when I ordered plain chicken lo main.
Spring rolls & egg roll were great!

I’ve been looking for a place that makes honey chicken the way I like it since panda house shut down. Out of probably 20-25 different spots around town I’ve tried, this place make it perfectly! Shrimp fried rice needs a little more soy sauce l, but I’m going to ask if they can add more next time. I will absolutely be returning.
