First time ive been to a newks in over 10 years. My new favorite restaurant! 1/2 a french dip, first time ive seen medium rare roast beef so damn good! My only complaint, i truly just wanted half sandwich but was told side and drink came with after id ordered it. Chose fruit salad but wasnt told it was $1 more but when i questioned it, my payment cleared while i was still on the add tip screen. Which i would have added but again payment cleared. Like i said i wasnt intrested in drink or side, and when i asked if i could just get half sanwich wasnt told it was automatically a combo meal. I will be back, and b4 i left i asked what your soups were, and was given a taste of the, lobster. That was also amazing.

Very disappointed in my poe boy half sandwich. Upon inspection they only put 1 shrimp on half a sandwich! And THAT WAS CUT IN HALF! The lobster bisk is also disappointed. Very salty, and only micro bits of lobster. Good flavor and it came out warm. The French dip half sandwich was full of meat and had a good horseradish and aju. Good service, nice people. Fair price.

Newks is usually pretty decent. This location is however consistently sub par to the other two in town.

Pasta salad was mushy old tasting. No one at the counter when I walked in to order had to look around.

Italian sandwich barely had any dressing.

Customer Service — I was really disappointed with the way I was treated by the front staff. They were unwelcoming and unprofessional, which left a very poor impression. I’ve always thought the food was good, but the experience at the door completely changed how I feel about the restaurant. It’s important to remember that while good food brings customers in, it’s the attitude and hospitality of your staff that makes them want to return. Proper training in professionalism and customer care would make a big difference.

It’s okay. I don’t think it’s better than Panera Bread. Also, I think WaWa has better loaded potato soup

I haven’t been here in a while, but the food was just as delicious as I remember. The service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Great experience overall!
