NomNom Boba Tea

Lady with two lip piercings was super rude and talked to us like we were stupid. When we asked a question, she would just stare at us and not say anything back. She was playing rock screamo in this dainty cafe? I love rock but very weird off putting combo at 9 in the morning?? Also, first in line and took 20 mins for a coffee with syrup in it. Unorganized and weird. Won’t be back.

Came here after 9AM service on Sunday morning. I ordered self serve brown sugar milk tea with boba and the lady working was rude when I asked to confirm if this was my drink. I asked if this was order #3, which was my order, and proceeded to ask me rudely if I have never ordered my drink before.

I simply asked for clarification and was met with attitude and rude facial expression. Most likely will never return to this establishment.

Usually I love this place and I frequent often. The people here are typically very sweet and the boba is fantastic. However, as of recent, there has been a new employee and she has been consistently rude to me as soon as I walk in the door. Rushing me to order, raising her voice, telling me to look at the sign for merch prices when there is no sign, no response when I say thank you. She makes me not want to come back.

The counter was extremely rude. She was basically yelling in our face and talking to us like if we were dumb.. Told us not to look at the menu and just say the drink, gave us horrible attitude and saying some people dont know their teas. We even asked for no boba and she confirmed with us saying “you asked for no boba? On here says no boba, i gave you no boba” Then proceeds to give us boba. Horrible customer service, the boba taste like chalk. The coffee tastes like water. Do not come here

This place is cute inside. Unfortunately the quality of tea used for boba tea is low, weakening the flavor of the tea.

This is such a cozy neat little boba spot in an area where it is much needed! Such a convenient location that’s easily accessible, easy to find, and has an entirely delicious menu! It’s locally owned by incredibly delightful owners who brighten up your day with every conversation and you can really tell they care about the quality of their product and the experience their customers have!

Tried this place since its across the street. Went to the counter got ignored. The women behind the counter, spoke their language, looked at me and ignored me. After a few minutes another person mentioned I was there and they took my order. Won't ever recommend or take anyone here again. The boba tea tasted like chalk.

Amazing drinks and service!!

Not a lot of lunch options. The Boba tea was good. It was quiet when I was there. The staff was friendly. The place was clean.
