This is a rare find down south. Not that many locations but the reason to love is the food , the atmosphere and friendly staff. Quick easy meals made to perfection.
I work for a very large doctor’s office and we order lunch through Noodles & Company regularly. Well apparently there is new management here and treating paying customers well is not their forte. The amount of money we bring this company for them to treat our reps that order through them poorly is absolutely absurd. Apparently if you need catering or large orders, they make you feel like an inconvenience. All of our offices will be finding a new place to for pasta from now on.
Portions were extremely small compared to other noodles and company locations.
Food was very good
We really liked the food.. will go back
Wow, what a change 10 years will make. I hyped this place up for my husband, only for us to finally try it and never have any desire to return. Definitely not what it was in the past, even with a renewed interest to save the brand.
I have wanted to try this place for a while now. Unfortunately, I was not pleased Im not sure why style they are trying I take on but its not that good at all. The flavors were not there and the sauce tasted canned or packaged. 1st time was my last time unfortunately.
I tried Noodles & Company for the first time today, and it was a great experience. Ordering online was super easy, and the option to set a later pickup time made it really convenient for me to grab dinner. I went with the Spicy Korean Steak Noodles with marinated steak, which has a spice level of 2. I like a bit of heat, and this one definitely hit the spot, it was just the right amount of spice.
The pickup was smooth, too. I walked into the quick pickup area, and my order was already waiting for me on the counter. Even after a 10-minute drive back to my room, the food was still piping hot. Overall, a solid meal at a decent price.
I’m surprised. I used to go to Noodles & Company all the time during my time in Chicago. It was great, loved it. And the food here itself is fine. However. The cookie I ordered was not in the bag, had to go in to let them know and they very much made that right, they gave me an extra cookie to make up for it. This is not the reason for this review. Later now, having some of my left-over mac and cheese, and there’s a long strand of hair in it. I know it’s not mine because my hair is cut short. I work in Food service. Employees with long hair should be wearing hairnets. This shouldn’t be happening, especially not with my first time at this location.
Is ok for a fast-food pasta type place. (Tip is sugestion at pay. Should no be in a fast-food spot). Clean and diferent type fastfood. I like.
4-19-2025- Ordered the chicken Alfredo with bacon and the Cajun shrimp fettuccine. Both dishes lacked flavor and sauce. We attempted to eat the dishes at home and just felt nauseous after. We were very disappointed because we had been wanting to try this place for a hot second.

As a pasta lover this place is amazing.
Fair prices great options and always delicious.
It's not a bad place to get lunch. There are plenty of selections to choose from, and the food was flavorful and fresh. The portions weren't huge, but it was enough for me to feel full. I do think they could update the inside, though. The vinyl seats were cracked and still had tape on some of the tables from social distancing from Covid.
My husband and i were craving for noodles and so we see this sign and we decided to try it?ordered japanese udon noodles and pad thai, food was ok,the server was really nice, the thing is,the whole place was sort of not clean,we came minutes after it opened, don’t you sweep/vacuum the floors, wipe the tables and the chairs not greasy?ready for todays customers?
My go to when me and my wife cant decide on what we want. If you need gluten-free noodles, use the pad thai noodles.
this like golden freddy
