Nothing Bundt Cakes

This is my first tims ordering cake from here. I got the white chocolate raspberry and it was amazing. The young gentleman who helped me out was very kind. His attitude and smile made my day. Highly recommend

I have been buying a dozen bundtlets monthly as a part of my works outreach marketing for years and at the beginning of this year I switched from the Beach location to San Jose location because they had much better customer service and let me know that they gave a free bundtlet with the purchase of every 12. Every month I either pick up or schedule a delivery for a dozen bundtlets and every time they offered me a free bundtlet with purchase. They are typically very friendly in the store as well. Today I went in to pick up my order and after they handed me the order I asked if I could get my free bundtlet and the cashier looked at me funny and said they don't do that. I explained that I have been coming monthly and that they have this program. She said 'not since I've worked here.' I asked her if she could ask someone else because last month and every month prior I got it, and she went to the back, came back out and said her manager said 'our location doesn't do that'. It makes no sense and I don't think I'll drive out of my way from Southside to come here if they have stopped this program. It was also the delivery of the information.. not 'sorry, we stopped offering the program on x/x' or anything like that, just deadpan 'we don't do that', like it's not something they have offered for the entire year prior.

I normally order two dozen cupcakes for each of my four kids birthdays! We have ordered them every year for the past 5 years! I guess inflation caught up with them! I was quoted $30 for just 12 cupcakes! They officially priced them selves out!

My husband and I visited this location while we were in town from Atlanta. The customer service here sucks. When you walk in the employees don’t greet you or anything. We just stood there for about a minute and a half looking. They only had one customer that one gentleman was handling. The young lady standing at the cash register, didn’t greet us so we just walked up to her and asked how she was doing. And all she could say was what can I get you. These days if you’re still in business, it’s important that you have some type of customer service because the customers are the people that brings the business. The customers are also what help pays these ungrateful and rude employees. If you don’t have any customers you don’t have any business. And if you don’t have any business you don’t have customers to make money. Maybe they need training or something…

7/20/24 @10:18AM Grace C waited on us and while she was pleasant her co-worker could not have been any more rude. This is not my first time ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes, we have always been very pleased with the items purchased (cakes, gift cards, etc.). However, this will be the last time I purchase here. Not only did the staff have no personality, she threw the packaged cakes at us. My husband even commented that she did so. Grace looked mortified and my second bag was handed to me gently (by Grace). The cakes are good but not so good that I feel the need to return for overpriced desserts and nothing close to premier customer service.

After we saw one of their cakes at our child’s school (they donated a cake for a silent action at Greenland Pines) we decided to check them out. Since then we’ve been back weekly making our way through the menu. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. The store is always immaculate and the staff is always swift to help. We’ve done walk in orders as well as online orders and picked up in store and our orders are always ready at the designated time. We’ve been enjoying sharing our new found love with others with gift cards as well.

Nothing Bundt Cakes on San Jose Blvd Jacksonville, Fl is phenomenal!! I ordered online the Prettiest Princess 8” Bundt cake that feeds 8 people for my 5 year old granddaughter’s birthday which was yesterday. Everything went like clockwork from ordering to pickup to indulging of the cake!! The cake was ready when my husband arrived to pick it up and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Big pink bow on top of the cake with a precious pink party hat also on top. Confetti inside of the cake was AMAZING!! This was the freshest cake I have ever had anywhere!! It would have fed 10-14 people easy. This cake was so moist inside I couldn’t believe it!! I will never buy another cake from anyone else but Nothing Bundt Cake!! Keep up the great work!! Thanks so much for making the cake the center piece of our party!

Ordered the dozen assorted bundtinis for the office. Everyone loved them. The cakes were very fresh and moist. The sour cream frosting had a rich flavor. Staff was kind and accommodating. They also have a gift shop with party sets if you need anything last minute.



Parking: Plenty of parking in the front of store.

It was my first time in this place, I bought two small Bundt let, and asked for two forks or two spoons and the answer was, this is not a restaurant, but if you sell food they could have a complementary service, I didn't ask for anything extraordinary just two forks or two spoons. I hope that in the future you can consider it.
