It was my first time in this place, I bought two small Bundt let, and asked for two forks or two spoons and the answer was, this is not a restaurant, but if you sell food they could have a complementary service, I didn't ask for anything extraordinary just two forks or two spoons. I hope that in the future you can consider it.

Beautiful and delicious cakes ready in a flash if you need something while entertaining guests or giving as a gift. My favorite is the white chocolate raspberry. And buntinis are perfect to treat yourself to a pickmeup after a hard day. Cute items are available for purchase if you're looking for a gift too. Tea towels or platters or mugs. Awesome store, awesome service, awesome flavors.

Just bought a cake for my husbands birthday and I know the cakes are delicious but the lack of enthusiasm and customer service sucks. I walked in and no one spoke to me, I had to speak to them. I walked to one lady and she has her coworker to handle my order and then the same one who did that ended up bringing me my order and I said thank you and she did not smile or respond. I will never spend $37 on a cake again. Experience was very distasteful.

I am not particularly a fan of any red velvet stuff, but their red velvet is really out of this world! Me family live in Jacksonville so I go there many times during the year. The first time I tried that cake (red velvet) I could not believe I was enjoying that type of cake but since then I am the one who buy and get that cake every time we want to celebrate something

Os was expecting way more! The cake was good but the frost was loaded with sugar (they say that was cream cheese frosting but I couldn’t even tasted it)

This is absolute GOLD! I've never had a bad Bundlet and taking a whole cake to parties make you a superhero! The red velvet is my fave!!! The punch cards make me. Superfan!

Specifically, Clay and Amy. Right from the get-go, they make you feel super welcomed, and they speak to you with respect which to me is just about everything. If you have a choice between the two stores, I suggest this one hands-down. Thank you for all that you do.

I usually have a great experience with this location have had multiple punch cards, spent upwards of $500 on bundtlets, bundt cakes etc for my business and received an email of the 111 free Oreo bundtlets and went with my daughter. I decided to buy multiple bundtlets in addition to the free one we received, was helped by Sherry L which I’m not sure if she is the owner or manager but had a terrible attitude and rushed my daughter and I at the time of purchase and forget to give us a Bundtlet. I went to my car not even 2 minutes later and realized I didn’t have 1 of the 4 bundtlets that I purchased, went inside and she chastised me and argued that I had all 4 even though I showed her the receipt and the bundlets I had. Terrible customer service and I will never go back to the San Jose location again. I understand it was a busy event and overwhelming but you do not berate customers after proof of purchase and argue with them.
