This evening I visited for the first time and I was greeted by an associate. I was looking for a gift for my grandmother’s birthday so this was my first time. I picked out a birthday bucket and paid for it and was told it would take 5-10 minutes. Which was fine. As I was waited I realized the woman who rung me up went to the back while one other guest were serviced and they left. No one was in the store but me and no one was bagging my items. I waited the 10 minutes and politely asked if I could just get 2 cakes so I could leave. She went to the back to get the manager who rung me up and she gave me a refund with no remorse on me waiting for nothing and left. All in all I will never visit here again. The manager was nasty and the associate should be manager she was very nice. Now I’m waiting on my refund to post for the difference of me not getting the bucket.

It just hits different, better than any bunt cake that I've had before the Flavors are very unique and cool looking would come again. The person who's reading this should go too

I ate a slice of the strawberries and cream cake at a friend's house and that was absolutely the best cake I have ever eaten! I had to go to another store in their Orange Park location a couple weeks after that and was fortunate that it was next door to Nothing Bundt Cakes so I went in and bought the individual Bundt let. It was big enough that I saved half of it for the next. Sooo delicious!! So far, the strawberry is the only flavor I've tried, but everything in their case looked delicious.

Last week I came into Nothin Bundt Cakes which is my ABSOLUTE favorite! I always go in there and get great customer service but on Friday January 26th was my nephews birthday and I was so stressed but Lily who helped me was so sweet and helpful. I had several other interactions that day and they were not helpful so working with Lily was a breath of fresh air. The bundles were exceptional and my nephew was so excited and he ate 2! Thank you so much Lily you were phenomenal!!

Came here at 1:45 on a Thursday afternoon. There was a Women was working the counter. She’s was extremely rude. No customer service, just another transaction. First time here and won’t be back. It’s not worth spending this money for such rude service.

Pricey but worth it. Daughter ordered a cake for her fiance and it looks amazing !!

It was ok. I was in awww bc they didn't have any spoons. And we stay a hour in 30 minutes away. We went to 4 handy ways b4 getting a spoon.
