Nothing Bundt Cakes

I usually get my cakes from the Victory drive location in Savannah but me and my wife were in Jacksonville so we decided to try this 1 and the red velvet was not good . I can definitely tell the difference and I was so sad 🥺 . If you love red velvet like I do you know the difference I wish all locations were consistent .

This location is hit and miss, but this location red velvet taste good. I love the lemon berry bundts alot. The carrot cakes is a no I haven't had a good one yet. THE OREO, CHOCOLATE, RED VELEVET LEMON BERRY, REGULAR SOUR CREAM 10/10. Customer service could be better, but when it's time to go home I completely understand.

Want to thank Julie and the manager on 3March25. I made a mistake on my order Julie answered my call and handle it with the best customer service! I was able to recieve my order and everyone complimented flavors and moist consistency.

Finally caught them open! These cakes are goooooood and moist! The staff was nice and seemed to take joy that I was a first timer! The mini ones are so cute!!!! Will be coming back to try other flavors! Excuse the finger swipe!!! Couldn’t resist!

Just got done eating the strawberries and cream Bundt cake. Let me tell you... It was to die for! From the cream cheese icing to the ultra moist cake!! I do not normally write reviews. This cake was delicious!! I love cake so I know what I'm talking about!!

This evening I visited for the first time and I was greeted by an associate. I was looking for a gift for my grandmother’s birthday so this was my first time. I picked out a birthday bucket and paid for it and was told it would take 5-10 minutes. Which was fine. As I was waited I realized the woman who rung me up went to the back while one other guest were serviced and they left. No one was in the store but me and no one was bagging my items. I waited the 10 minutes and politely asked if I could just get 2 cakes so I could leave. She went to the back to get the manager who rung me up and she gave me a refund with no remorse on me waiting for nothing and left. All in all I will never visit here again. The manager was nasty and the associate should be manager she was very nice. Now I’m waiting on my refund to post for the difference of me not getting the bucket.

It just hits different, better than any bunt cake that I've had before the Flavors are very unique and cool looking would come again. The person who's reading this should go too
