This place is a must try if you’re looking for authentic pho! We dined in yesterday and I already can’t wait to go back! They have a large selection of appetizers, a great selection of soups, in addition they also have non-soup items such as pad Thai and salads. I had the p2 original with tai, and my partner enjoyed the vegetable pho. They give a generous portion of fresh bean sprouts, Thai basil, limes and jalapeños. We also split the sampler appetizer! Service was fast and friendly! What a great first experience!

While the food is good, I was treated very rudely when I came in. Because I was dining alone and wanted to eat inside, I was told no since they only had one table for four left. Regardless of the situation, the way I was spoken to and treated made me feel like less of a customer. Due to the poor customer service, I won’t be returning. Very disappointed with how I was treated.

First, I found a hair in my noodles. Gross. The beef rolls were not prepared the same there was one small slice of beef in the BEEF rolls. And then the manager lady started yelling at the waiter who was trying to take off the coffee on our bill that was not prepared with condensed milk. Apparently, they were out of condensed milk and still made it black. We sent it back and the lady yelled “if they order it they still pay for it!” Feel like I was robbed. It was a very unpleasant experience. Never coming back. Never recommending anymore. Thanks lady 😒

This place is amazing. The service is stellar. Pho is fresh, huge and delicious. Spring rolls and shrimp satay were finger licking great. Can’t wait to come back.

I have a very sensitive palate, and I was extremely satisfied with my first visit to this restaurant!
The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the cooking was done with great care, and the Vietnamese cuisine, infused with little french style, was authentic in every dish...
The owner and his wife were very nice and charming, and their sister (about their relationship are my purely speculative) is also very clever (she memorized all five main courses and several side dishes for our table without writing anything down!).
My family will definitely be frequenting this restaurant in the future! (4.5 stars)

Update, mid-January 2026:
This was my third visit to this restaurant, but the experience wasn't as good as the previous two times. The waitress who took my order seemed new (little shy, not so confident.)... and most importantly, the chef's skills weren't as impressive as before – the portion sizes and the cooking details, such as the doneness of the dishes, were slightly inferior, which left me a little disappointed... Perhaps it's just a subjective difference in perception. (3.5 stars)

A solid 4.5 stars. The broth but was good, but I’ve had better. A little light on the savory scale. But, what impressed me the most was the pho tai came out with actual raw beef. Most Vietnamese restaurants advertise pho tai but almost always the beef is cooked. I recommend.

Food was great, generous portions on authentic viet dishes. Brisket, and beef slices was thick in all special dishes. Would definately come back !

This restaurant serves a 5 🌟 for sure! From cleanliness, friendly service, and a very generous tasteful food. My husband and I are a fan of Vietnamese food, and Nudo is like a hidden gem in Jacksonville. Thank you and we will be coming back here again.

Our service was very attentive. Our food was excellent. Best Vietnamese food I’ve had here. The menu was full of dishes we want to try. We had pho and vermicelli. Our three year old had the shrimp satay and some of our noodles. Everyone was happy. Can’t wait to return.
