Was in a rush and was starving. Stepped inside and was greeted with a warm welcome. As I sat down servers brought me water, menu and utensils very promptly.
Saw a delicious looking dish being ran to a table and I asked a server what it was. The Combo Platter with Sticky Rick!!
Normally I alway just get Pho, but changed it up today. Everything was delicious. Also heard other tables complimenting the food and service.
It was very enjoyable being part of supporting a small business. This place is on my new once a month list. Definitely check them out.

Literally such good food, the spicy beef noodle soup is the best. This dish is actually my go to at Vietnamese restaurants. Fortunately, I think this might be my new favorite spot for Vietnamese food now. They also convinced me to get the char siu sticky rice and I’m so glad I gave it a chance.

Our waitress was Taho, and she really added to our experience.

Nudo is a restaurant that is hard to define because they have so many differs styles of food. Thin noodles, thick noodles, pho, Thai, Vietnamese and a little fusion thrown in too. You really cannot go wrong.

But the food:

Spring rolls (chicken) - delightfully bound in rice paper (insures it is gluten free)
Sugar Cane Prawns - shrimp paste wrapped around a stick of sugarcane.
Crab Rangoon - light full fried, delightful taste.
Hong Kong Noodles - thick noodles in a brown sauce with seafood (or your choice).
Pad Thai - solid option.
Vermicelli with grilled chicken - Do much food, so good.
Fried Chicken with rice - another big dish, delicious

Perfect dinner option when you cannot decide what you want but you know you want Asian food.
