Nudo Vietnamese Cuisine

Had take out. Told 3 different people abot extra peanut sauce. They all said yes but it wasn't there. Food was luke warmmabe it was because 3 seperate tables came in 10 after I ordered and they were served there meal before mine came out.very disappointed with food qualuty and 3 people lying to me. There is more but this is long enough

It really sucks to write this review. My fiance and I are always coming to Nudo and this last experience will be our last. I’m truly disappointed in the service provided yesterday. Our waiter never during the hour we were there checked on us. I asked for to go plates 4 times. Each from the manager and server. I know it can get busy but to look beside our table and see others asked if they needed anything and if there food was good was truly saddening. I was the brought the bill 15 mins after asking for plates and again still never brought anything. My fiance bought me earrings as a gift and we noticed the clasp was broken and here comes the manager grabbing the earrings out of my fiance hands and saying she will fix it. She bent the earrings terribly and my fiance took them out her hands. My fiance and I are gay and minority. Not that it should matter but I can’t understand why we received this service and others around us did not. To not be checked on at all and beg for plates to go is ridiculous. I won’t be back again.

Restaurant is clean, food was on point! Had the Pho and bahn mi! Best I’ve had in Jax! Gotta try it. But I’m ok if you don’t, don’t want this place getting popular and crowded.

I ordered Banh mi online and was told it would be ready in 15 mins. I timed my arrival accordingly. It seems that they only started making it when I arrived (probably so it was fresh?) It was delicious! The receptionist was very efficient and friendly. There were also many Vietnamese customers there, always a good sign when choosing an ethnic restaurant :) The price was reasonable ($7 for a sub size sandwich). Decor was arlttractively Asian and they had Vietnamese music playing. A must for me when going to an ethnic restaurant is that their own music is being played, rather than some American music. It lends to the whole experience of escaping to a far off land for an hour or so.

The food is excellent staff is very attentive. My favorite is wonton soup. The portion size is enough for several meals.

If you like savory garlic and steak then I highly recommend the Pho Tai Lan. My girlfriend's chicken in her Pho Ga was a little chewy though but I would definitely like to come back and try again.
