Ordered take out 1/29/26. Special fried rice is certainly nothing special! Everything tasted/looked reheated and frankly old. Mei Fun veggie noodles are no Fun! They too were overcooked, tasteless and soggy! Even the egg rolls were soggy and pasty! The entire experience was infuriating, never again!

I wish I had some pictures to share right now, but I actually made a goal to support a local business daily who I truly believe in so I have to say that all location on one 103rd off the 295 in Jacksonville has amazing cuisine their chicken wings on top of that are amazing but they have very delicious fried rice. They have amazing chickens a variety marinated their eggrolls are amazing. I would just overall give the store the highest score ever because it’s never been a miss!!! They are just such a worthy business to start getting your food from!!!! I can say every single thing I’ve had from there has been amazing their crab Rangoon is also served with a unique red sauce. Just absolutely delicious and I personally truly enjoy the steamed Dumplings I’m having a brain fart on what the vocabulary was for that at the moment but those are just so good with them soy sauce I swear I would be an obento ambassador at this point 😂😂😂🙏🏻🙌🏻

I give it a 2 and a half good customer service I see they upgrading but I don't know how I feel about the cardboard boxes being substitute from a runner that's nothing but a slip and fall waiting to happen but my miso soup was really not good I opened it and the that's when the smell hit me I said nahhhh it's not old but I when I tasted it the tofu it was like eating something that was in the fridge for week or some old milk I don't know but it shouldn't have tasted like that

They removed order customization and notes from door dash.
They stopped making sushi right, and just half butt it all into a roll lazily without even cutting it or spreading the ingredients around.
They are closed 95% of the time people are hungry.
They don’t fix orders.
They don’t care about customers. All of these decisions make that clear.

We finally decided to give this place a chance. We used to love Panda and we missed having a reliable place for Chinese takeout. We will never go back to Obento. We ordered the Hibachi chicken and steak, it was tasteless the chicken was hard and over cooked. The steak was really hard on the outside with a little pink on the inside. Almost as if the meat was fried. The fried rice was so greasy. My husband got Our miso soup was thick and creamy which was weird. My husband ordered General Tso Chicken he described it as hard small pieces of fried dough with hardly any chicken. We also ordered fried chicken wings which were greasy and an orange, yellowish color. After seeing the food myself and the kids refused to eat anything. My husband is not one to waste food so he sat down with a plate and soon after said he couldn't do it. He said the only thing that tasted good was the chicken eggroll. We didn't order any sushi. We gave service a 3 because when my husband asked for chopsticks the lady gave him a weird look and hesitated. We had to ask for chopsticks a second time. From now on we'll make the drive over to SanJaun and Jammes where they do it right!
