Came here at 6:30 on a Saturday evening. Ordered immediately, sat down right away. No indication anything was wrong. But it took an HOUR for our food to arrive. No apologies at all from the staff. Very quiet night, not a lot of people in, and three people working in the kitchen. It was at least 10 minutes between tables getting their food. And when ours arrived, most of it was cold (how??), and there was a long hair in one of the tacos.This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review. I have truly no idea what happened, but it was the worst counter serve experience I’ve ever had.

I am an African American Uber eats driver and native of Jacksonville or Duuuuval as I know it and tonight I have met the rudest bartender, cashier I’m not sure what she is but the rudeness or magnitude of ignoring me that occurred. I simply came to pick up an order; I was told the order wasn’t in the computer and to let someone else get it. When I came to the front to ask about the order the Caucasian lady manning the bar went out of her way to not say anything to me. It was like stepping back into 50’s or the movie LIFE when Martin & Eddy just wanted some damn pie. I don’t understand why I’m so unliked by her but I do hope she has a nice life after finally let me know she put the order in unbeknownst to be because she NEVER spoke to me the way she did the people handing her money.. sad sad sad. It’s simply being kind that makes the world go around. Remember that.

I like the restaurant ambiance. The food was okay. No wow factor. But to add a 20% gratuity automatically was a bit much. We had to go the counter to put the order in and then clean up the table before we left. Believe me, I don't mind paying the gratuity for individuals who provides a service but to add to a bill just so is a bit much. So if you decide to go here, beware ....Parking: On the street. Meters. Free on the weekends
Ocean tacos is a great find in Jacksonville. Max and I stopped for lunch . We ordered four tacos and two beers. Tacos are a bit pricey but great food. Thank you for a very pleasant lunch.

I had a very simple order, three shrimp tacos. They were the skimpiest tacos I have ever seen in my life each taco had three shrimp, a very sparingly amount of iceberg lettuce, and then drenched and some type of sauce. No corn like the picture and the menu stated. I called to let them know I was dissatisfied, and the cashier had a very, and so what attitude. The cashier had zero interest in rectify the situation.

Stopped in for a quick bite one evening. I tried a brisket and a chicken thigh taco. They were delicious. Really good actually. The only reason I took off a star is because the meat was cut into one inch chunks instead of shredded. Seemed odd for a taco even more odd since the meat was nice and tender. I didn't get a cocktail but the prices were really reasonable. Stop in if you are downtown.
