This place is strange, no wait staff. You make your order on your phone and then someone brings it to you, portions are small and food is served on a small cardboard box with plastic utensils. Food is good. Don't order the lemonade it's awful and they do not handle any cash, Card only and tip will be added automatically to your bill. A bit pricey but food comes out quickly.

Nice spot in downtown DUVAL! Great food and great scenery.

There is some stiff competition, but this is probably the best lunch place in downtown Jacksonville. Got the Duck confit grill cheese with some fries and even after a short drive home I took the first bite and went immediately to flavor heaven.

Shrimp and grits were pretty good. Disappointed that it included bacon pieces I needed to pick out since I don't eat pork. Overall tasty.

the food is so good and the dinning room is very nice and modern... it reminds me of the movie Chef because of how mouthwatering the sandwiches are

While visiting Jacksonville. Was looking for something to eat and found this place. Ordered a Gyro. The size was good and it tasted very good. Wished the menu had more items. But I totally recommend this place.

We selected Olio because it was convenient for lunch close to the Hyatt Regency where we were attending a conference. What a lovely surprise. Fresh well made food with choices for everyone from hard core vegetarians to solid meat eaters. I had the crab bisque and beet salad very good. My colleague had the philly cheese steak....perfectly cooked not huge in a nice baguette. We were so impressed we returned the following day

Love eating here. We moved from Jacksonville, FL about 6 years ago and that was the last time we ate here. We could not wait to return. I love the gingerale. I had the salmon beets salad and it was delicious. The lamb gyro was a bit messy (not put together well), the fries are delicious but on the salty side, and the pretzel seemed a little stale but the cheese dip for the pretzel was good. I enjoyed the j*** chicken egg rolls and habanero dipping sauce which was to die for...absolutely delicious ?!! My friend had the duck grilled cheese and he said it taste the same as he remembered...good!My four star rating was due to the salty fries, messy gyro, stale pretzel and unclean tables/chairs. Our overall experience was great!

I'm relatively new at my job in Downtown Jacksonville and a co-worker has mentioned several times that this place is a popular stop for lunch among those in our building. Last week I finally gave it a chance and OMG!!! It was surprisingly inexpensive and the salmon BLT on sourdough and caesar salad were excellent.

I usually don't care to write these but I have to give credit where it's due. Olio's food is freaking delicious. I usually get the special delivered but since today it's pork or shrimp for the special ( I don't eat either) I got the duck grilled cheese instead. Never heard of a duck grilled cheese until today and I'm telling you, you have got to try their food. Will be ordering my lunch again soon Olio! Oh yeah and that tomato soup was bomb too.
