I hate that is this one of my first and last review on OLIO's... I've been coming to this spot since 2018 ! Today I came in & got my last order of the Duck Grilled Cheese Sandwich (yummy in my tummy) Rachel tells me that they will be closing down the Restaurant on 3/11/2022 I believe the owner has to undergo a few surgeries and won't be won't return until or year or so but hopefully sooner! So eat up while you can guys! This place was hidden Gem for me in Jax! You guys will be missed

Spectacular!!! The food is definitely made thoughtfully. Order the duck grilled cheese. It's brilliant! Perfectly cooked duck, amazing combination of buttery bread and gooey Gruyère with green tomato. Ordering and paying is done from the table via phone. Servers are very friendly.

This place is strange, no wait staff. You make your order on your phone and then someone brings it to you, portions are small and food is served on a small cardboard box with plastic utensils. Food is good. Don't order the lemonade it's awful and they do not handle any cash, Card only and tip will be added automatically to your bill. A bit pricey but food comes out quickly.

There is some stiff competition, but this is probably the best lunch place in downtown Jacksonville. Got the Duck confit grill cheese with some fries and even after a short drive home I took the first bite and went immediately to flavor heaven.

I'm actually conflicted with this place. It has a little bit of everything on the menu. Due to covid you come in & grab a seat. There is a QR Code on all of the tables, This is a no cash facility. You order from your table & they bring it out to you. Some positive points are that you actually have time to overlook the menu & decide, The food was average I tried the gumbo, shrimp Cobb salad & fries with extra aioli.They bring your food to the table .I enjoyed my experience until I realized I had a salad with no dressing. I went up and asked the young lady for salad dressing because I never received any. The older lady stepped over and was very aggressive and nasty about giving me the salad dressing that I paid for. The younger lady apologized and said she was in a "mood "today. The unfortunate thing is that was my first and lasting impression of the establishment.I do hope she's having a better day today!

Shrimp and grits were pretty good. Disappointed that it included bacon pieces I needed to pick out since I don't eat pork. Overall tasty.

the food is so good and the dinning room is very nice and modern... it reminds me of the movie Chef because of how mouthwatering the sandwiches are

I've been dying for a bang mi ....readily available in Chicago .... So I ordered online and picked it up smelled looked good and warm as expected .... Please this is not a negative review just some constructive criticism...chicken pieces should be smaller the vegetables need more of a kick I love onions there way too much on it not enough carrots or cilantro and some of the vegetables had to much vinegar I hope you'll use this info ...I'd enjoy trying it again if my suggestion are reflected
While visiting Jacksonville. Was looking for something to eat and found this place. Ordered a Gyro. The size was good and it tasted very good. Wished the menu had more items. But I totally recommend this place.

We selected Olio because it was convenient for lunch close to the Hyatt Regency where we were attending a conference. What a lovely surprise. Fresh well made food with choices for everyone from hard core vegetarians to solid meat eaters. I had the crab bisque and beet salad very good. My colleague had the philly cheese steak....perfectly cooked not huge in a nice baguette. We were so impressed we returned the following day
