Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We walked out as we waited long and server Ari approached us with an attitude. Manager was nice (sorry name tag was twisted) she tried to make it right but we didn't feel like it anymore. Yes we changed tables, because it was very tied where we were supposed to sit and pointed to the host we are switching there. If the server (Ari) were confused with the tables she should have let us talk to the manager wrong in all ways.

This location is great for a late lunch. The crowds have eased off, and the staff are eager to make that extra few dollars before their shift ends.

Staff at this location went above and beyond on Veterans day. Despite the place being swarmed they kept up and waits were minimal, food was excellent and staff friendly. Shout out to Peace T who handles or table and was very courteous.

I have visited this establishment on three separate occasions and ordered the Chicken Alfredo each time. Unfortunately, the quality has been consistently disappointing. On every visit—including my most recent order—the dish has been incredibly dry with almost no sauce, and the chicken has been overcooked. While I have not brought this to the management's attention in person, the recurring nature of these issues suggests a lack of quality control in the kitchen.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have received disgusting food, cold, bland like i guess you guys stopped seasoning food? NO way $20 spaghetti should taste like chef boyardee. The service is AWFUL. No one EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR greets you, bunch of teenagers with nasty attitudes, not sure why you would want that representing the front of your restaurant. The to-go specialists has been the same man both times, he was a sweetie, very kind and I appreciate him. This is ridiculous though, I have never gotten nasty food from any other olive garden EVER. Whoever is doing the hiring seriously needs to stop, I bet you guys pass on every good candidate so you can hire the rejects that nobody else will. Olive garden has extensive training so WHY is this the service you willing put out?
