I was in a car accident on 3 July that completely totaled my car. I was on my way home from Olive Garden where I had just picked up a carryout order to bring home to my wife. On 7 July, I went back in to Olive Garden for carryout And the manager. Was kind enough to completely replace our meal. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies name. But she deserves to be recognized for being so kind and accommodating. Thank you so much Olive Garden at River City. You guys are great.
I took my 13y/o daughter to Olive Garden for her birthday. Our waiter was the best (I wish I could remember his name), when he found out it was her birthday, he had her choose a dessert, the whole team came to sing happy birthday, and we werent charged for the cake. This is the only Olive Garden we go to and theres a reason for that. The food, service, and atmosphere is always great and welcoming. If you want the best food and service, go to the olive garden in river city
Food was delicious but the service lacked. My drink sat empty and had to chase someone down to get it filled. 4 waitresses where standing and sitting in the other room just talking. Ordered a second round of salad and bread sticks and my entree came out and I consumed it before either arrived. I think the biggest issue for me was the drink. Glass should always be full and I shouldn't have to wait and then see 4 people doing nothing. Yes they could have been on a break but...
