Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Today was a bit mind-blowing. Something changed at this location that exceeded my family's expectations. The server Gus is someone we never thought would stand out. Dined in tonight on 07/18/2025. He was very professional, polite, and friendly, and the service was super fast and top-notch. Of the 44 years of being alive, I honestly don't think I've ever experienced a server that amazing. He, no lie, needs to be promoted to general manager. He puts Chick-fil-A customer service to shame. First time I've seen a restaurant manager come out to the tables and ask how everything was. Look, when you're almost done with the salad and breadsticks, he already has a new replacement before you can blink. Wait for refill on drink? Not him. He makes sure you get topped off. I ordered the Unlimited soup, salad, and breadstick because Zuppa Toscana is my favorite, and when I'm almost at the bottom, he already has another one ready for me. There is no need to call him or look around. He's already there. Plus, he does it with a genuine smile. It's very upsetting that this is the first time in my life I get to meet an amazing person like him. I can see him a very rich and successful man in the future.

Too cold and put us in a corner which was freezing cold. We requested to move, they said its full. Tried to lower the AC but that didnt help as the AC was still directed to our tablr and food got cold. We ended up all sick and didnt eat the food.

Just made a quick stop in, and would highly recommend the bar area. It was lunch time and flow was great.
The server/ bartender (Teddy) was pleasant and efficient.
Very attentive to all of us.
Checking in and filling the water glasses. Made a day of shopping much easier.
The manager Kim stopped to check in on needs and experience. I saw that she helped the servers and was very pleasant with them.

Our party of three stopped in around 6:30 to a busy Olive Garden off Phillips. Parking continues to be tight but found a place next door at the closed Burger King. Daniel was our server and did a wonderful job all night. Two guests ordered the salad one the Soup all were served promptly. I ordered the 6oz steak Rare with Broccoli, came just right. Another guest the Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli...5 ⭐. Bill ordered the Chicken Parmesan with Angel Hair Pasta very good 5 ⭐ meal. All I can say is this is a great location with experienced servers and good food at a fair price. Will always stop by.

Truly a great restaurant I usually get the pizza and fries, but my dad gets the tour of Italy. It looks really nice and I asked for extra cheese on my pizza. I can never get enough cheese ha ha great restaurant, but it is a little dark in there, besides that everything is perfect the service is amazing And the food is great highly recommend for dates, casual dinners, work meetings and anniversaries, etc. great restaurant.

Food great, atmosphere great, server Gabriel great. Then comes Messy Manager Maggie 🙄 smdh.
So at first she seemed nice and introduced herself as we was being seated.
Then I had a couple giftcards which the first one went through right away then I had another one that you use the qr code and it had a list of some companies for advertising purposes byt not all and says 100s ways to spend but the place does need to be participating on their list.
Thought I give it a try.
So tried a few times and it kept saying error message so I asked the waiter to have it put in manually, then comes Maggie, oh we dont take this see here it says red lobster and we not red lobster.
So my response was i know you not red lobster, it says 100s ways to spend this giftcard. Then she talking over me saying oh well we dont take it here.
Fine! Say that and with a periodt! is my thoughts.
Now I couldve showed out but I don't have to do all that and mess up my already going well day because I can just write a google review 😅 with my thoughts on the matter.
Well Maggie, you were not knowledgeable and condescending with me and I didnt like it.
Ummmm, maggie did anybody say you was red lobster 🦞 ? I am smart and know the difference.
Ummmm, maggie you was too quick to not accept the card or even try to enter it in manually but thats fine the remaining bill got paid and the waiter was tipped well in cash, or maybe maggie was just too lazy.
Maggie get it together and learn how to speak to grown people before the next time I may not be so nice or the next person you try may not be so nice.
Take some customer service courses or something if you need some help with your manners.
