Don’t mistake this for any old food truck. On the fly serves up nothing but incredibly delicious food. They have a great menu and you can’t go wrong with anything from here. Drew is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. My favorite food truck in all of Jax.

I've been a patron of On the Fly for years! It's still my favorite food truck. The consistency is unmatched. Chef Andrew is always polite, friendly, and welcoming. I've never had a bad item on the menu in all these years. The food is so good and always made with the freshest ingredients. The other day, I went and grabbed some shrimp tacos, and they were amazing as usual. Best shrimp tacos in the whole city, and I stand on that. I managed to snap a pic before I devoured them. Don't hesitate to pay him a visit. They're open Monday - Friday, from 11 AM - 3:00 (ish) PM.

Fresh fresh fresh food! Service with a smile and the guy remembered names and food orders! Come early caus the line stacks up after 11:30am! Great prices for food too! Definitely a repeat customer, You had me at shrimp tacos ;)

Chicken tacos were tasty and fresh and the slice of avocado made them perfect. Fast service and just a short walk from the courthouse with a little outdoor seating for some fresh air.

This was my second time eating there. The chicken quesadilla was awesome. My husband had the Mile long pork sandwich, which was also amazing. Highly recommend having lunch here if you are in the downtown area.
