Always delicious, always incredible service. You can tell the owner really loves what he does! I always get the jumbo shrimp soft tacos. On The Fly sauce is unbeatable!

Stopped for lunch today with my son and he was stoked! I ordered a chicken and shrimp taco, always amazing. He ordered the shrimp and chicken quesadilla and praised them with each bite!

Best Taco truck in Jacksonville! I order the pulled pork tacos! If I’m spoiling myself I also add an order of the black and bleu cheese chips! So good every time!!

Don’t mistake this for any old food truck. On the fly serves up nothing but incredibly delicious food. They have a great menu and you can’t go wrong with anything from here. Drew is very friendly and always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. My favorite food truck in all of Jax.
