Josh is the best! The steak teriyaki is always going to be my favorite as it's perfectly cooked every time. Open sushi hands down also has the best shrimp tempura, it's not that panko breaded stuff, it's the real deal! Been coming since I was a teen and the quality is always top notch!

Small and cozy little Japanese restaurant. I absolutely love their 2 roll sushi lunch special. You get to select 2 rolls from a decent selection, choice of salad or soup all for only $11.99. Their ginger dressing is probably one of the best I have tasted. They also have a good selection of lunch specials from the kitchen.
Josh is awesome! He remembers my usual order (unless I decide to change it up) and order something different. I always enjoy the food when I go.
