The food and chefs are great here. However, I sincerely believe that this restaurant is scamming their customers.When I received my check, I noticed an auto gratuity. Now I have no problem with auto grats and am typically a generous tipper, however, the menu states that an auto grat will be added to parties of 8 or larger. There were 2 people in my party.Working in a restaurant myself I know that this is not only wrong, but also illegal. But it gets worse. After noticing the auto grat, I also noticed the suggested gratuities. Not only were they actively trying to hide the fact that the check already had gratuity included, but they were suggesting tips on the amount that was already auto grated.For example, my subtotal was 60 dollars, with an auto grat of 12 dollars. Plus tax. So my total bill was around 80 dollars after everything. And the "suggested tips" for 20% was 16 dollars.Meaning they are trying to double charge you on a tip, AND expect you to tip on your tip. The whole situation seems WILDLY unethical and just plain wrong. They are hoping people don't notice, and I'm sure 90 percent of people don't.I also witnessed a woman, who I'm assuming was the owner, verbally assault her employees in front of me. It was honestly just sad to watch. I wish I could come back because all in all I had a great time, but I refuse to support people who do business like this.

A bunch of us went here for lunch and had really good service. I believe there was 19 of us and the 2 waitresses did an outstanding job getting everyone's drink orders and food orders done correctly. They were quick with the drinks and side dishes. Both chefs did a good job but not as entertaining as they'd probably be for dinner. Our chef went through the motions. But the hibachi food was good, lunch portions looked to be same as dinner portion, lot's of food. You won't leave here hungry. The place is nice but could use a refresh. I would definitely go back when in the mood for Japanese hibachi!

I ordered take out hibachi tofu, fried rice and vegetables which comes with a salad with ginger dressing. The food is plentiful and delicious. Highly recommended!

It was ok. We order the hibachi and it was nothing as expected. They served by parts, veggies, noddles, rices and then the meat which was five little bits. I mean I know it takes time to cook but while I had the rice on my plate I had nothing else so we technically had to eat rice but itself. The tip is mandatory 15% of your bill. I always give tip but I don’t like when they force me a certain amount without knowing if I even liked the service. Anyways the sushi was fine and the service was decent.

Outstanding restaurant with exceptional service and very tasty food. Ordered the Sumo Dinner to share with hubby at home. It was absolutely delectable and the steak was cooked a PERFECT MEDIUM RARE! Run don't walk here! It's that good!

Came in for lunch. We ordered hibachi and sushi. The quality of the steak was good. However, the portions were extremely small. There were about 4oz of steak and 3 shrimp. As for the vegetables, the were a few pieces of onion, a mushroom, 2 cubed pieces of zucchini. Plenty of rice though.The service left a lot to be desired. No refills were given or offered during the lunch. Would’ve gladly had another beer or two but staff never checked.The sushi was great. It was fresh and flavorful.

My order was $2 plus $18 but they somehow added an extra dollar in on my bill the food isn’t seasonal much and bland I didn’t take photo of my food because I was in a group they fill the plates up on the onions a lot too seems like a scam
