I wish I could give zero stars for the terrible experience my family and I had with the manager, Timmy, at Outback. From the moment we asked for assistance in being seated together, he was incredibly rude and condescending. Instead of offering a courteous explanation or a possible solution, he dismissively said, “I already told you that we won’t be able to put you all together.”
It’s not just about what you say—it’s how you say it. A manager should embody professionalism and hospitality, yet Timmy made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We weren’t being unreasonable, just asking for assistance, and his attitude was completely unacceptable.
We love Outback, but with leadership like this, it makes us question whether we’d return to this location. Customer service should always be a priority, especially from management. Do better. Thankfully there was a host who helped us thankfully but we expected so much better

I was going to give the server 3. stars but after waiting on a desert for 30 minutes I’ve opted for 2. Do you want to know what Taeler asked me after she noticed I was sitting at the table to long? “Are you okay!”. Besides that all the servers, hostesses, and bartenders appeared mundane and somber. The food was good as always but the service is just blah.

Overcooked a $35 ribeye. They remade it which was great. The blooming onion was also overcooked. Manager is nice. Server was rude. I guess he figured I wouldn't tip because of the kitchens mistake. We tipped him 20% and took the remade food to go. Avoid this one. Longhorns is better for a steak anyway. The cut offered was of Walmart quality in terms of meat quality. It was also poorly seasoned.

The service at this location was simply disgusting! As soon as myself and my family walked in the hostess didn’t greet us but stated that “we can’t accommodate the 13 of you”without even knowing we were together. Poor management as well, the female manager with blonde hair and glasses was rude. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Never went to an establishment where service was denied. Don’t eat here!

2nd back to back time I’m here and bad experience again. The waiter was rude. We placed an order for drinks and ordered the onion bloom. We received the onion bloom but no silverware. Then he brings us bread and asked if we want it and started to take it away. We waited 40 mins and still have not received our adult drinks yet and have not placed an order for food. I asked the waiter that was bringing the food to the table next to us that got there 15 mins ago their bread and drinks if we can place an order. He said he forgot about us and that’s why he does not have kids. Finally placed an order. We waited 30 mins later and asked if we are ok. I told him that we are ready to leave because we have not received our food yet. A total of time spent there was 2 hrs to eat. Unacceptable outback. This was the 2nd time with a bad experience. We will not eat at Outback Steakhouse again. By the way my wife’s shrimp she got was not even peeled and was over seasoned.

Ordered a Joey sirloin. Specifically wrote in the specifications on the order that my Child won't eat a chewy well done steak plz cook medium. Specifically asked the to go lady to make sure it wasn't cooked well done. Get back to the hotel to eat.... and my child ate her mac n cheese and couldn't eat the steak because it was well done and chewy. Thanks for wasting our money on a steak that went in the trash

The bartender Sam is absolutely amazing. She is professional friendly and has great recommendations for food. She's the reason we'll be back.
I couldn't give 0 stars but that's what it deserves. We waited at our table for 2 hours and still never got out food. The restaurant was about 50% capacity. The absolute worst experience ever.

Worse customer service ever I called several times about my order I was placed on hold for 30 mins no one never came back to the phone then when I called back no answer this unprofessional I work for higher up who can have a huge impact on this restaurant and they will definitely be receiving a long letter the manger here needs to replace along with the young lady who answers the phone.
