I was doordashing and they gave the order to the wrong person
I liked this location at one time but it has changed. My last experience was horrible! Long wait time to be seated and staff standing around looking lost as if it was their first day. The complementary bread tasted like it was old and reheated not fresh at all. The salad was ok until I got to the bottom and realized it was bad. I didn't get to my steak at that point I just gave up!

This is now the third time in a row we have been here and had a bad experience. We were sat and had to wait awhile to even be greeted by our waiter. While initially friendly overtime our server became flustered and forgot to put in our drinks which resulted in him jumping behind the bar to try and make them really quick after we had been waiting for at least 10 minutes. After that we finally got to order. Our server seemed a little aggravated but put in our order and told us it might not come out at the same time. Unfortunately for us we ordered 2 16oz prime ribs and right before they were served we were told they didnt have a second 16oz but could substitute it for a 12oz. We declined as this is now the third time we have come and either not been able to get prime rib or had some issue with it (we were there at 5:45 on a saturday and there were few others in the restaurant). We also heard another waitress shortly after say they were completely out of prime rib. Our server seemed a bit aggravated when we declined the 12oz and slammed the silverware that they forgot to give us until just then down on the table. Our server proceeded to not check on our table again until we had to flag him down at the end to get some drinks and then once more when they messed up our bill. He also made sure to mention how his slow service was the fault of those who called out and him getting multiple tables. Overall this location has been bad everytime we have been here. While I understand that our server was having a bad night due to them being short staffed the service was terrrible and being short doesnt count for the attitude or lack of checking on your table. Its also hard to sympathize with our server when he had maybe 4 tables in the time we sat there and the one behind us was also having problems. All in all I would avoid this location management is clearly not supporting their servers which then leads to poor service as our server demonstrated. Also running out of prime rib right before the dinner rush on a Saturday night seems to be an oversight in ordering.

Mediocre food, ordered Ribeye steak bone in under cooked and I was having a hard time to cut it with their steak knife + very chewy and lots of fat even showed it to manager, Caesar salad was soaked with dressing and salty which they blamed it for anchovy basically I threw away $99.???

First time going to Outback, my wife wanted to go for Veterans Day. We were on a 2 hour wait and there were many tables empty. Being in food service we figured they might be understaffed and that might be the reason for the wait and empty table. Fast forward we get in a 5:40pm, get seated. Had no service for over 20, no drinks or nothing, we had to get the manager just to get drinks. Then a lady finally comes to take out order and after waiting for over and hour they come out with a salad, where is my food? Or my daughter’s food? Why does it take an hour to make a salad that taste like it’s been sitting out. After waiting so long and no food we left. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, won’t be coming back.

Is this being done on purpose by management or is it a lack of planning to have adequate staffing on a day that is known to have an increased volume of patrons. I appreciate the meal provided for us Veterans but the 2.5 hour wait while half the restaurant is empty is questionable. Make it make sense! Why is half the restaurant empty????!!!!
I placed an online order that my husband picked up. I didn’t get everything that I ordered so I called the store to speak to A manager so that the problem can be resolved. I was placed on hold 3x and had to explain the situation 3x. One of the employees stated that I would have to call the store on the following day because the manager was to busy and couldn’t come to the phone and that the store were busy. I spent almost 70.00 on my order and to be told to call the next day to get my situation resolved was very unacceptable to me as a paying customer due to the unavailability of others. I have spent money there on many occasions and now that my situation wasn’t handled as if I was important as A customer makes me want to take my money elsewhere!
