We went early in the day and we were seated right away. Service was good and fast. Everyone loved the steaks! I don't eat beef so I had a chicken and shrimp dish which was fantastic.

I absolutely love this outback. My food was ready as soon as i pulled in and checked in for to go order. The service was super friendly and nothing was forgotten or wrong with anything I ordered. I did not check the accuracy before I left which I try to do but everything was so delicious and more than enough. Thanks outback!

I come to this Outback often. Mr. Yasmin and his staff make this the most enjoyable dining experience of an Outback in Jacksonville.
The food and service is “on point”. If there is something missed (which is rare), the staff is polite about getting it corrected.
I highly recommend this Jacksonville Outback location.

Went to Outback Steakhouse on Veterans Day and want to thank Outback for a wonderful free meal for verified veterans. There were many Veterans taking advantage of this offer and while the wait was long, it was well worth it and I'm sure it cost Outback a significant amount of money for the 3-course meal offered for free, and it was delicious! Thank you Outback, your support for our Military Veterans is greatly appreciated!!!

Disappointed to say the least. First time ever at Outback and we will more than likely never return . Arrived at 7ish , only a few tables occupied and 3 seperate couples at the bar and yet we didn't get any food for an hr and a half . Took 20-30 mins for refills . Asked for medium well steak with pink middle and got a VERY well done steak that was so tuff I would not have given it too my dog . Essentially I sat for 2 and a half hours , and came in hungry and still left hungry !! Waste of $60+. Worst service ever . A sad ending to the one parents night out me and my partner ever managed to get !!

Just moved to this area, and as an Outback enjoyer this location is awesome. Only been in twice since I got here but if they keep it up ill be there every week.

The server was taking our meal and literally ran away mid sentence, weird. I love outback but this has to be the worst one

We haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in years. So we were pleasantly surprised with the good experience we had. I was very happy with the dedicated gluten free menu and all the options. Our server, Brooke, was fabulous. I had the ahi tuna and it was very good. My husband had the steak and grilled shrimp, which was a little peppery for him but it ate it all. Overall, it was a very good experience and we will definitely be returning again soon.
