Stopped on way from Amelia Island to Jax Airport.....near the airport....inside and outside dining overlooking the water...several interesting cocktails and several micro brews and main stream beers... had shrimp that was big and cooked perfectly....and the Mac and cheese was very very good...

Came in at 6:30 for a quick bite, got completely ignored even though they close at 8. Two servers were in the dining room and just sat there and acted like we weren’t even there. One sitting on a bench in biker shorts with her feet up and crotch airing out. Been here many times, won’t be back. So unprofessional. It’s not like we showed up at closing.

Our waitress was friendly however the food and service was subpar. The oysters and conch fritters were ok but my shrimp and scallop kabobs were not seasoned well at all the Mac and cheese was beyond tasteless. My okra came out soggy and the gator tail had been fried too hard to chew. After asking for the gator tail and okra be remade we waited over 30 mins to get the food. My entree was gone by the time it arrived. The waitress although nice would take 10-15 minutes to comeback. We arrived at about 1:15 and didn’t leave until 2:40.

Hidden gem, perfect location on the water. Seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. I had blackened shrimp and red drum fish. Portions are nice, left full.

We were just driving by and decided to go in and we're very happy we did. Derrick took great care of us! We enjoyed the entrees of Mayport fried shrimp and fried flounder. He told us the seafood came from their own boat that determines their 'catch of the day' menu. The sides of black beans, okra, french fries and fritters were all tasty--slightly different with regional spices and sometimes a hint of coconut. There was a nice choice of beer on tap at a reasonable price. If you're in the area, give it a try. There is ample car and boat trailer parking with outside dining on the decks when weather permits.

The fish was overcooked, dry and greasy. I ordered it grilled. The collard greens were mostly stalks and extremely spicy. The bread pudding dessert was soggy and old. Terrible dinner for $80 bucks for 2 ppl.

Great location on the Saint Johns River, leading out to the Atlatntic Ocean. Easy going on a Sunday morning, with live music on the dock. Great place to sit back and enjoy friends, family, and make wonderful memories. Food is good. Definitely get the local fish and shrimp. Service was good. Managent was good.

We showed up with a benefit ride group of around 80 people and were seated quickly with no issues. The service was amazing, the food came out fresh and fast, and everything was delicious. The whole team was absolutely phenomenal and handled our large group flawlessly. They managed a huge crowd with ease and made the experience awesome. We truly appreciate how well we were taken care of!

I went there yesterday for lunch and the peel and eat shrimp are fantastic. I loved the clam chowder. I am from Wisconsin and this was one place that was told to me that I had to go to in the Jacksonville area. The staff was wonderful, I had a flight to catch so they made my food super fast. I highly recommend them. This is a can’t miss place to eat!
