Placed a mobile order using the app. There was a small wait for my food but it wasn't too bad. The service was great and the person who greeted me was kind and professional. The only problem I had was with my food. The items I ordered were hot, but they were not all fresh. The lo mein was dry and stiff. I also ordered the original orange chicken and the flavor was way off. It was way too tart and tasted like it was overdone... I would say that it was almost inedible. I had to add other sauces to tone it down to make its flavor somehow better so that I could tolerate eating some of it. Lastly in the broccoli and beef, it was way more broccoli than beef. Not a huge problem, but it would have been nice to have a good balance of both. There were like 3 strips of beef mixed in and you could tell that it was definitely the last few scoops of what was left in the pan. There was only one item that was enjoyable in my combo. In this economy , no one wants to waste money on bad food so I didn't toss it. I must say that this is the first time that I've ever had a problem with my food at this location, so I will most likely still visit this location despite my experience. I'm just going to chalk it up as just an "off day" for the food.
This for when you are traveling is a solution when there is a rush

I really like the food here at panda express. But some of the stores and the way they're run are very questionable. I understand you have a long line in your drive through. But to stand there and look at people while your serving drive thru for ten minutes while they're waiting to get served inside is wrong. This is the case here at the gate store . I'll stick to Bay meadows and Bartram all the time. This would be my last visit to this location.

Only downside was a staff member was doing some heavily deep cleaning and buffing the floor at the lunch time. Luckily it was a Saturday. But the had half the lobby closed off and a door locked. Management should choose off peak hours to do heavy floor cleaning/ buffing. Not midday during lunch. Also wheel chair accessible door, but no ramp in sight. Huge oversight and design flaw. Would have gone somewhere else if needed a ramp.

This place is the worst. I don’t even know why I keep coming back. We came in 45 min after the opening. The lady told us to wait for 10 min and we ended up waiting for more than 30 min because there was no food. I asked her again and she said another 10 mins . That’s extremely disrespectful. It looks like they took an excessive amount of online orders and they couldn’t keep up with it. if you can’t keep up with the order then just don’t accept it. I was hungry and wasted my whole morning just hearing them say another extra 10 mins. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL

The food here is quite tasty and one of the lady cashiers is really really nice. The guy is ok but he scoops noodles in my plate and then takes some of it out! Bad practice. I really think that’s very bad customer service there. The chicken teriyaki is very freshly cooked. The place is clean. The portion given here is definitely less than the other pandas I’ve been to. I’ll return regardless.

Just went through the drive thru here and ordered one bigger plate and 2 orders of rangoons. Had the woman taking my order repeat it back to me perfect then tell me to pull around without giving me a total. I was shocked at the total at the window but didn’t question it because everything has gone up in price and I was on the spot. Upon handing me my food I realized that I got more than I ordered. The girl who took my order rang me up for an additional plate that I didn’t order. Not thrilled at all.

The Panda Express at St. John's Town Center is our favorite location. It's near our house, but more importantly, the staff is super friendly and professional. They know how to keep the line moving while serving the freshest product.
