Every time I’ve gone into this location at night, this girl Ellie does amazing. She’s very kind and gives more food than usual. She’s a great representation for the company.

The unsmiling guy that was serving the food at the beginning of the line was so stingy with the portions. It doesn’t make sense two pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of cabbage is far too small a serving of vegetables. There was quite a bit of room left in the box.
It slso had no flavor. When I brought it up they were nonchalant and unpleasant.
They seemed unhappy to be at work. We don’t want mean people serving our food.
The vegetables had zero flavor. We will not patronize this location in the future, we will go to Normandy, they are pleasant, generous with portion size and friendly.

Mobile order that we picked up. They forgot to put in the teriyaki chicken in one of the boxes. We went back in to show them and the young lady apologized and put some in a box for me. Even though I had to go back inside, this was still a wonderful experience. Great customer service!!!

Normally the food is fresh.. but i got home and kids so hungry we had to eat over cooked orange chicken. I am very disappointed after purchasing a family meal at 9pm.. and no one at the store would answer. Driving 8miles out my way I will have to go there tomorrow just to show these pictures. Sorry Panda.. yal dropped the ball for me. $43.00 not worth it.
We had to throw out food for 3 people because it was insanely spicy. They obviously dumped a bunch of ghost pepper or some equivalent into every dish we ordered. I understand a little heat but damn y'all. Is this some kind of pepper challenge?! Never going back. You wait in line forever anyway.

Was running late for an appointment and decided to go to panda since the town center one always serves food fast. They had a bunch of missing entrees and This location took 15 mins to ring my order up cus the staff couldn’t figure out how to process card payments. then when i finally opened my food up 40 mins later when im already 30 miles away from the location, they forgot to include utensils. Eat at the town center and beach locations. This one sucks.
