Slow service and by the time I was able to order, what I wanted was low and not even being prepared to refill. Slow service seems to be endemic to Panda Express for some reason, as I've experienced significant waits with only one person in line ahead of me at both the River City and Normandy locations as well. Food quality here was so so, I got the dregs of the veggies and teriyaki because I couldn't wait who knows how long for teriyaki, as none were being cooked at the time. Disappointing.

This locations food is terrible!! Yesterday I went here for lunch, what a big mistake! The rice and the chow mein were not cooked completely, both hard. Another customer actually commented to the worker, "why was the rice so light colored, it's usually darker" and I agreed! She switched to chow mein, I should have paid attention to that red flag, I live too far to bring my food back, but they need to do better with food quality.

I've visited this location multiple times and had issues each time. From having to wait to order food because so many dishes are empty on the bar to watching them serve my food to customers and then attempting to give me tiny portions because otherwise, I'd have to wait again. I like Panda Express so I did opt to wait but that's extra time and frustration. I've experienced an encounter with a snotty little manager, her name begins with a C. I scanned a coupon from the app that apparently wasn't applied after having showed it to the cashier but was still charged full price I was advised that they couldn't make any adjustments and that they couldn't refund me but that I'd have to call customer service. There isn't a single sign posted that says that this is their policy so I was again frustrated. The manager was very patronizing and condescending which is a bit much in a fast food restaurant. No condiments were offered and no utensils were included in a to go order. That's their way of minimizing that expense I guess. Rice was hard because it was sitting in the warmer under the light for too long. Portions are fixed large for men and small and very controlled for women or anyone who questions the bar's appearance. I will take pictures of this on my next visit that will be primarily to update this review.

Panda used to be the spot, and the food still is good overall but can anyone figure out what has happened to the Teriyaki chicken, it LOOKS HORRIBLY GROSS, used to have nice grill marks on it with a dash of crisp to the edges and now it looks like a pot of boiled chicken and fatty meat.

Extremely rude service here. A manager refused to give food to me even I have shared him with the screen shot of the uber eats pick up. And he couldn't provide with reason why that screenshot doesn't work. Does this mean that people cannot pick up food for others?

I get Panda Express on the way to see my kids. They love it. I order online and pick up. Every single time, they forget the condiments and forks that I specifically ask for with my order. What’s the point in ordering it on the app if it’s not going to be included with the meal. I don’t even get teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken. Not everyone is eating at home, so we need the utensils to eat with.
