My family and I came in for a late lunch today and there were only 5 people ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get up to order, the staff had no sense of urgency and some were seen meandering around with no direction. They were busy arguing amongst themselves and more focused on their drama than serving the customers. My order looked incorrect when they passed my box over to the cashier and when I inquired about it I was assured that it was correct but they did not open the box. When we got our order my husband’s order was wrong and I had additional items that I did not order and was charged for them. When I asked for the correct items for my husband and gave them the incorrect items, I was met with some rudeness and still no hustle to get it fixed. Then I asked to see about manager about the additional items that we were charged for I was told that the manager was too busy and that was it. No offer to have them come over later or to resolve the issue. The food tasted well enough but the service was atrocious.

Brought me my bag handed to me in my car full of hot terriyaki juice burned my legs and ruined my iPhone that I had between my legs ….all because they can’t bag up the plates right and the girl who brought it out was holding it sideways🤯🤯🤯

Workers serving the food were expeditious but I come up to the cash register with cash and an $18.28 total and the cashier tells me she doesn't have enough change and is it okay if she rounds my total up to $19?! It's not my fault. Why should I have to pay more. She didn't even apologize for something no business should have you experience.

Walked in during their early opening hours(River City location) Floor is soaking wet, no warning signs out on the floor to be careful, nothing. Stood there and waited.. line workers just standing, looking around. No, “May I help you” or “Someone will be right with you.” Asian lady finally walks out, like she’s upset, that a customer wants to order during opening hours?? No greeting whatsoever. First of all customers and/or Uber Eats are coming in behind me, damn near sliding across the floor. WTH! That’s a safety hazard and if someone fell that would be a hefty lawsuit! The food wasn’t all that: Orange Chicken Bowl with Steamed Rice. Rice was room temperature and orange chicken was bland. Unless, someone is sponsoring my meal..it will be awhile before I return to this establishment.

Beef and broccoli taste like dish soap all the food arrive to me room temperature if that egg roll was burnt. Got my stomach turning right now. My first time and my last time eating here 🤢

The lady at the window told me I had to come inside to get my order my after coming through the drive through which I never had to do before, so I asked her why the car in front of me didn't have to go inside, then the lady tells me that's because that car is waiting on their food and we will bring it out to them, so I ask her why couldn't you bring me my food she rolled her eyes and said to move forward, I pulled forward right behind the car I asked about since it was still waiting in line then the lady comes out the building to tell me to get out the line, stop I asked again why is that vehicle aloud to wait for their food and I have to go inside, instead of giving me an explanation she tells me that car is in a parking spot waiting for their food, I took a good video showing the car was in the drive through also but the lady wanted me to move out the line to go inside

Don't get delivery from this store, they cannot be trusted to get your order right. Gave me a bigger plate without the fried rice that was part of the order. Never again will I get doordash from this store.

I'm very disappointed wanted to come sit down and have lunch at almost 11:00 on a Sunday and y'all aren't open for dine-in??? The employee did go over to the door and was messing with it but didn't open it????
