Ordered catering for my daughter’s 16th birthday with delivery service and Panda on Beach and Hodges was awesome!!!! So much food, way more than what we needed, plates, utensils, tons of sauces, didn’t forget a thing sent extra of everything!!! They also called to verify everything before sending the order out I will definitely use them for catering again.

I go to various panda express locations and have never EVER had a problem, (love panda express, either me or my wife will get to a panda weekly) but when I went to this location their was a long hair strand in my chow mein and when I went to speak to the store manager wanting nothing more than another small side of chow mein to replace it, she started yelling at me. My wife standing beside me, respectfully asked her to repeat what she said since we were having trouble understanding her with her accent and she started berating both of us like we were in the wrong. By that point we decided this commotion wasn’t worth a side of chow mein. In all of my times I’ve visited panda express, heck, probably any restaurant, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect, this store has a management problem and i hope for the sake of the customers this gets fixed. Won’t be coming back to this specific location anymore.

I was waiting for my order to be taking, and the employee there saw when I got there and she totally skipped me to take the order of some disrespectful young woman that could have spoke up and let them know I was next.I will take my business elsewhere. I will spread the word on how they totally disrespected me.I am an American that cares and loves this country, and I deserve to be treated fairly and respect. My age should not matter.God is my witness to what happened.

Fried rice was spoiled, the manager replaced it with white rice. The walnut shrimp was spoiled, it was like eating mashed potatoes. I've never been to a panda express this bad. Kept the receipt in case we end up food poisoned. Even though we arrived at 8pm, it is not an excuse to serve food that is spoiled. 1 star for service because the staff didn't seem to care, they weren't even surprised.
