I was gifted a gift card to Panda Express and decided to go My problem isn’t with the workers But the food itself Tastes like slop…downright disgusting not good quality Now Im questioning if the person that gifted me the giftcard even liked me

For experience the cashier at the front register got all the food they were waiting on food and so she leaves one food on the counter waiting on the other then my food was cold. And they charged me $0.99 for a kids water cup. not much thinking went into that

They were out of everything I normally get which was hard to find something different
I have purchased many meals several Panda Express locations in the US. Today I tried to purchase a simple bowl. Lo Mein and Bei Jing Beef. Choe, the manager of the branch, scooped what I consider a less than appropriate amount of beef into the bowl. I saw her hesitate to put more in but she decided not to put more in. Meanwhile I watched her put portions in other orders, I understand what a plate is and how many portions are in one plate. For all other customers, she gave heaping portions, each protein section she gave to another, I only got half or 2/3 that amount. I noticed the line. All the people in the line were white people. I asked the nice man on the checkout if he can put in more BeiJing beef. He actually attempted it but Chloe, the manager stopped him, without even opening the lid to inspect the food. She told me that there would be no space to put any more beef, which was a lie. I know there was more space in there. It was full of air in the middle. I know when a manager was being passive aggressive and my experience in this particular branch was the absolute worst. Because the manager put her power over delighting the customer, which would not have taken much from the restaurant at all. Some consideration and fairness which was not forthcoming. I asked for a refund. I handed the food which I did not even touch the container. She would not take it, I found it a very passive aggressive disrespectful action. As if I did not have possession of the receipt which of course I have. As if she did not remember I was just in there seconds before. I of course produced the receipt and she refunded me the money. It was a waste of my precious time to go there. Never again. Chloe is not a good manager, she does not know how to property run a restaurant in a fair manner. I wonder if she was actually discriminating against me because I am a dark Asian woman. It felt like it. Never again.

Not the same as it used to be. Egg rolls are now always soggy and yucky. They are taking serving size to the extreme with regards to shrinkflation. Ask for double noodles and get half noodles same goes for the main course. More sauce less product.
