Spent 20 to 25 minutes in here with literally no other customers. It's 3pm Saturday on Atlantic blvd. No hello welcome in. No ill be right with you in a minute. I stood at the order line alone for 5 minutes or more before someone was told to take my order. Every employee looked at me and didn't say shit. Then I ordered my food , had to wait for the teriyaki chicken, ok fine 4 minutes he said. I'm assuming this is the manager dressed in black. I pre paid. Waited an extra 15 to 20 minutes. Why? Because they were taking other orders while my empty box with my name on it sat there. Oh and they greeted every person that walked in even the cooks. I dont play the race card but this is definitely discrimination.. Not until I got up after seeing everyone else get their order, including the chicken did the guy in black gingerly made my to go box. No sorry. No nothing.. WILL NOT come back to this location. Should have just asked for my money back and left. Please retrain your staff. Customer service is everything even if they fake it.

Service was prompt and curious but not outstanding. Food was hot and satisfying but not better than average. Package was leaking all over the place in the grocery bag and made a real mess trying to get it out.
All in all a slightly subpar experience.

I really enjoy Panda Express! The atmosphere is pleasant, and the food is always tasty and diverse. The dishes are prepared quickly, and the flavor is always on point. I especially love their orange chicken.
While my favorite spot remains Lily FS Restaurant at 1706 Southside Blvd Suite 6, Jacksonville, FL 32216, Panda Express is also one of my favorite places. It’s always a great spot for a quick and delicious meal!

This was my third try at panda, and I finally liked it. Before, I felt it had little taste. I did enjoy the teriyaki chicken and peppered sirloin this time.
