It’s unfortunate to see the many other reviews indicating how poor the food and service is. I only wish I had visited this before going in myself. I brought my family and friends in for dinner with the intention of purchasing a couple of their large family meal. After deciding on 4 of the 6 main dishes, my wife wanted to sample something to try something new. The man behind the counter, who clearly was an hourly employee who did not care in the slightest, refused to let her sample anything and said that we had to buy a whole meal to sample something. When I insisted, he then started saying it was his managers policy but then a company policy and was speaking in circles. It was clear he just did not care, no explanation and no accommodation on a large > $100 order. We left without eating and do not intend to return. It’s unfortunate to see what used to be a great location go so far downhill.

food was great, tho the drive through dark haired girl was annoyed, rolling her eyes for absolutely no reason. I smiled said thank you as she gave me my food and she just rolled her eyes and closed the window.. ok..

It's not very often that I leave a review for a fast food restaurant unless it's negative. We ate at this location couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. All staff were friendly, everything was clean (kitchen and dining area), food was hot and tasted fresh and restrooms were clean. There was and employee in the dining area constantly wiping down tables and chairs and cleaning the drink area. There are a ton of fast food restaurants within a 5 mile radius of this place that should take notes on how to run a restaurant.

$16 for a mediocre Chinese food for lunch is ridiculous. That $12 for 3 items are bull because half the choices are up charged extra $1.50 each.

Had dinner tonight at this Panda Express and in my opinion it is the best in Jacksonville. Chloe at the food counter helped me choose the entrees and also gave me suggestions to accommodate my requests. This is what going above and beyond looks like to me. Thank you again

UPDATE Once again we tried this place for dinner. We haven't had luck coming at dinner time. Today we were there by 4:45. Most bowls were empty or very low on food. What was left did not look fresh. No egg rolls. The hispanic girl serving food gave us a scant spoon of each item we ordered. Honestly all three items would have fit in the styrofoarm container. We waited on food so I guess it doesn't matter what time of day it is. This place has gone downhill! With that area building up you need to step up your game! I am lowering my rating after this visit and feel I was very fair.
The last two times we have went several dishes were empty and we had to wait 10-15 minutes for new food to come out. The cooks should constantly be cooking so the dishes are empty for so long. While we wait the rest of our dinner gets cold. This time the portions seemed smaller as well.
