HORRIBLE!!! I have done 60 person catering a number of times and major problems almost every time. Tried to contact corporate, JOKE!!!!! I wrote a paragraph about what happen and waited 6+ weeks for a form response, 2 weeks later will be getting a full refund and discounts on next order. Never got a phone call or any personal interaction. SHAMEFUL!!!!! The staff loves the food, but I can't handle the stress of dealing with them. BYE

I just ordered for the first time. I was told the food was terrible ?. I thought I would try the food for myself to form my own opinion. The food sucks. I seriously doubt the owners of theses chains eat this food. It is garbage,. Looks like garbage. These chains needs to be shut down. I was very disappointed ?

Last week we ordered delivery and upon opening one of the containers I noticed a sliver of metal in the food. My kids had already started eating and it really made me nervous that they might have ingested another piece of metal that I didn’t have a chance to catch. It looks like a piece of a wire brush or abrasive cleaner that came off while cleaning the grill. I’ll attach the photos. We ended up throwing out the food and I made a formal complaint to the restaurant chain via their website. It’s been about 5 days and I haven’t heard anything back. Pretty disappointing and I doubt we’ll be coming back.

When I arrived, most of the options were nearly empty, just scraps left in the serving area. When I asked if they were going to refill them, the employees looked bored and ambivalent and barely gave me an answer. I had to leave because there was hardly any food to have a plate made for me. Poor service, poorly run restaurant.

No duck sauce. No teriyaki sauce. Only large size cups. Foods usually better. Maybe this was an off day, but it was not a good experience.
Went there for lunch. Orange chicken was good as was the chicken and mushrooms but noodles were like leftovers, dried out. Was disappointed for first time there.

They dont keep up with there foods being ready to serve everytime time i come here to eat they dont have noodles and i have to seat there and wait 10-15 minutes then they made me wait another 10 minutes for the grilled teriyaki chicken just to get my food at a fast food restaurant very disappointed of this location i hope the management see’s this and actually take action

Panda Express is good to have around when you want a decent quick meal that doesn't break your bank. I liked this one because it was pretty clean and well-organized. Food looked good and the service was courteous even though they were working through a rush hour at lunch. It's hard to write something "new" about Panda as these shops are pretty much carbon copies everywhere, unless one does something surprising, whether good or bad. My ratings for a decent fast food restaurant usually settles in the 3 star range and this one is a good fit there. I got the black pepper angus steak because it just came fresh off the wok. The chicken and green beans turned out to be a good choice too. I like that the shop had a decent seating area. People inside seemed to be spread out well enough to have an enjoyable experience. I was only saddened that I didn't get more chowmein with my meal. But that really didn't affect the score on this review. Overall, it's a pretty good Panda Express and one that will take care of any quick meal anyone would need.Recommend: MED-HIGH
