Poor service. Racially charged atmosphere. Requested the manager(Mike) twice in 4 hours and he refused to have a conversation with me. Paneras on Hendricks Ave in Jacksonville Fla.
I am a Sip member, but I’m canceling and recommending to all of my social media platforms that nobody goes to this store.
