I don’t know how Panera staying in business operating like this. Rude employees who can’t be bothered to say hello, nobody working the cashier station. Had to call for someone to come take my order. Cashier didn’t say a word of greeting, was clearly annoyed.
Filthy dirty bathroom at 5:40pm with tissue paper and paper towels everywhere. Currently I waiting for my food but don’t have high expectations.
Updated: When food was ready the employee couldn’t be bothered to call my name. Just the most unconcerned, disconnected staff. Where is the manager, the training, the pride in work? I’m sure they’re receiving no effective training, probably under staffed. Low moral spiral of quality.

Had an interview here… so I thought. Interview time was 1:30 so I showed up right before that. Was told to take a seat so I did. And then I sat there and listened to managers and employees talk for about 25 minutes. Telling a GREAT story about firing someone for being late too often. I eventually left as I waited for now 30 minutes. Nothing to do with the food- but tells a lot about the people running the place.

Got the broccoli and cheddar bread bowl. And I knew to check the order because they like to forget the bread bowl. 3 soups and no bread, so always check your order before leaving.

Whenever I come here, I come from a distance of about 4 to 5 miles, about 10 to 12 minutes, and the orders are never ready, all the time you have to wait more than 10 minutes, it is the only Panera Where this happens

The food was good. However nobody wants to sit and listen to management sit at a table and speak poorly of their subordinates. There was a White woman with long blonde hair talking to another male with a white beard about problems within staff loud enough for everyone to hear. There are definitely more appropriate places to have a conversation about how poorly your staff performs.

Sad the flatbread pizza was discontinued. It was what made Panera better for me. My other favorite is the bear claw. This visit I had the bacon and spinach souffle a pecan braid. Not a replacement for the pizza but still very good.

It’s a shame that such a cute location is run by such an unhappy manager. I’ve been to dozens of Panera locations in Florida, and this was the first time anyone has complained about me looking for a microwave to heat up a Mac and cheese cup for my 8 year old. They don’t have one by the way. With so many other Panera locations being happy to accommodate and pleasant to be around, I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The iced coffee here used to be SOO GOOD AND BOLD everytime- I’d come out of my way to get the coffee here. Now lately when I come in it tastes so watered down along with all the other Panera self serve tea and lemonade. I remember when Panera green tea used to be so dark green and pure amazing. It’s basically all water now :( Wish they put less water when making these drinks and check when the iced coffee has been watered down. It’s just disappointing everytime now. Also, every time I order a cup now and it’s “ready” I have to physically ask for it which defeats the purpose of ordering it.

My girlfriend and I frequently come here on Sun/Mon for breakfast. The food and service is good, however the last few times it has been hoarded by homeless. We were unable to sit outside like we normally do and the problem continued once we returned inside the store. One was sleeping at a booth, another basically living in the back corner, and others in and out to use the restroom. LASTLY, I literally watched one of the men go outside and hand off drugs/money to another bum. One returned back into the restaurant while the other proceeded to the back of the Mexican restaurant next door (probably to get high). Absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer be coming back to this location.
