First bite and I bit into a very chewy pink piece. I opened up the sandwhich and the chicken doesn’t look right. Some of the chicken looks undercooked. Parts of the chicken are mushy while this piece of the chicken feels like plastic. I won’t be eating here anymore.

Wife got grilled chicken avocado sandwich. Actual sandwich was not like the picture. Picture showed sliced grilled chicken, actual sandwich was minced chicken that was like eating mush. When I asked about it, wondering if someone had made a mistake, they said the minced chicken is how it comes. Terrible.

There's literally too many people in the kitchen tonight for things to be delayed and left out of orders. Where's the quality check? Two family members arrived and ordered inside while I was at Zaxby's drive thru. I saw them walk in and we were on the phone. Several cars in front of my and I got my order (hot and correct). I left there and went to Panera to go inside and order soup and salad. Ordering was fine, dude was helpful. After a few minutes, he grabbed my food from the window, but ask for it back (after someone said the salad was missing). Salad was added, I stayed to keep talking with family, who were still waiting. As I'm leaving, the person who came in after me was handed their order. 1 of my two family members ordered a salad - the order a sandwich. I'm so distracted I didn't check my bag. I get home, no baguette, no salad dressing, the salad looks funky and the corn soup looks weird (too thick). THIS IS THE WORST order I've ever gotten from any Panera. This is very disappointing. There were a few people inside and the drive thru was empty when I arrived, but a ton of workers in back. 👎🏾

Food great. Service not so much. Ordered at kiosk which told us to pick up our cups for the drinks at the pick up window. The lady working the pickup window got an attitude with us simply for asking where we could get the cups. Not sure why. We were doing what the kiosk told us to do and there is no other place to get cups... Unnecessary to be rude to paying customers. She even tried to get us to pay again for the drinks even though we clearly had 2 drinks on our order. Very bad system for customers to have to go through just to get the cups.

I ordered soup and bread for my mom. The bread looked like it was cut apart with bare hands. The spoon wasnt in a package, just thrown into the bag like it was used. The order was just gross.

I have been to all Panera’s in Jacksonville and this is the absolute best of them all! The staff is super friendly. The food is fresh and the restaurant is immaculate. I prefer this location above all!
Online delivery went wrong. Delivery driver lady didn’t read or barely speak English. She don’t follow my instruction and gave my food to someone else at work! After 15 min I finally located my food but Caprese sandwich normally includes lettuce but this time No lettuce! Very disappointed!
