Like many of the reviews from the last few months horrible experience. The service was unbelievably rude, my order was completely wrong, and to top it off, items were missing. Spoke with Jackie (manager) extremely rude. Mocked me for being upset at the lack of service I was receiving. I emailed the Store Manager Derek … not even a reply back.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

FRONTEGA CHICKEN SANDWICH SUCKS NOW! Chipotle sauce and the aioli sauce are completely different. 4 days ago I bought the frontega sandwich when it was really good. Today, I bought a frontega sandwich, and it is not even a close substitute. Panera just ruined a good sandwich by "enhancing" the flavor. They failed horribly. Only reason I even decide to come here to eat is that sandwich. On the bright side I will be saving money going forward!

This place is ALWAYS FREEZING! You can clearly tell by the body language of the customers in the cafe this place is frigid. Everyone is always wearing sleeves, jackets, multiple people walk in and verbally say "it's freezing in here, let's go outside"...when it's 67 degrees outside....please adjust the climate control ❄️ ⛄️ Food always comes out fantastic, dayshift is strong, closing shift really just goofs around in the kitchen and chit chats rather than work or make an order. :(

Constantly given my orders with the food just thrown in the bag, unsecured soups spilling in your car is not uncommon. Last visit was the final straw after the lid to my coffee wasn't attached, spilling all over myself and vehicle.

The new Panera at Oakleaf in Jacksonville feels cold, stark and reminds me of a school cafeteria. Lots of laptops taking up over six tables with individuals that have little or no food. Just plugged in taking up tables.

Up until now, I have been receiving pretty good service from this restaurant, until today.I ordered a bacon avocado melt through rapid pick up, for me to pick up in store. Order took a little bit longer than usual to be done, got the email notification saying it was done, so I entered the store. Upon entering, there were two people just walking back and forth while holding my order, it took them around 10 minutes to actually seal my order and hand it to me, the entire time they were talking to each other. Did not thing much of it, until i checked my order in my car, and realized I had gotten the completely WRONG order, so I went back inside and informed one of the workers that I got the wrong order, which got me weird looks, as if I was in the wrong for not being satisfied for getting the wrong order. Everyone in the back was on their phones and not paying attention to anything going on, when they corrected my order they only gave me half a sandwich, which still wasn't what I ordered, but if I waited any longer I would of been late to work. I'm over all just really disappointed in the service here, I enjoyed getting food here, but now I worry that my orders will be wrong.
