I ordered a Caesar salad and they forgot to put the sauce. When I called, the lady that answered did not apologize at all. Like this was a normal occurrence for them. I know mistakes happen but at least be more sympathetic. I don’t live close by.

The Panera on Old St. Augustine Road is a nice new location with a great outdoor dining area. Ordering is easy via kiosk or human, and the food is always delicious. It’s a great value for the quality you get. A perfect, modern spot for a quick and tasty meal! Highly recommend the patio seating.

Went here on my lunch break for a buttered asaigo bagel and a soup that I paid 12 dollars for. They couldn't even be bothered to wrap the bagel much less butter it. And for 12 dollars I could make a whole pot of soup. Trust me i won't be coming back to panera anytime soon

ALWAYS make sure to check your order at this location before driving off. They mess up one thing on my order every time without fail. I see other reviews on here about it so I tried to tell the staff tonight they need to slow down and read tickets but I’m not sure it’ll make much of a difference. They’re nice but need retraining on reading tickets or something.

Went by Panera on the morning of 10/29/2015. I ordered three bagels and requested them to be sliced. I did not check my bag before driving off which was my biggest mistake. Well none of them were sliced when I got home. Asked them for a cup of ice and got less than half of cup of ice. I couldn’t believe my eyes. This place is not the same anymore.

My breakfast bagel was good. I got two drinks the lemonade blueberry soda it was nasty and tasted odd. The crème Brûlée crunch latte was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. It was also $17 for a bagel and two drinks.

This location always messes up my orders. I know it’s a fast food chain, so I don’t expect much, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I order here. Missing dressings, wrong salads, missing brownies, chips, baguettes, utensils, there’s ALWAYS something
Support on the app is great and always compensates, but it doesn’t fix the frustration of wasting time or not getting what you actually ordered.
Today they forgot my baguette AGAIN, and when I went back, the guy was dismissive, didn’t even apologize, and looked at me like I was the one in the wrong for coming back. Then, when I finally sat down to eat, I realized they also forgot my chips and utensils, and after I had already spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line I ended up having to go to a gas station just to grab utensils
