I have been coming here since they opened at the old location next to Kohl's. They have many seats available outside and inside, making it great for meetings or studying.

We went to get dinner today to bring back home. The first bag we received was not our order and was someone else's drive thru pickup. We went back around and gave the food back and was given our order bag. They were very kind and we weren't upset, however when we got home we realized that half of our food wasn't even in our bag. I was upset because the whole reason we went there was for something we didn't even receive and I paid for.
I went here while I was incredibly hungry. I ordered on the tablet, and it said it would send me a text message and that my name would be called when my meal was ready. I waited for about 25 minutes before finally checking on the food, and it was sitting on the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there since I was never notified.

Went to this location earlier for lunch, order two salads for pickup. Paid for a greek w/chicken which did not have chicken and a strawberry poppy salad w/ no pecan as I am allergic. Waste of money.

The coffee temperature is not their concern. Don't expect hot coffee at this location, even if it complain to management. They don't make it right.

Floors again are not swept or vacuumed. Tables semi cleaned. Seats with crumbs. Very unkempt restaurant. Service was fine and food good. If they would just clean the place I'd eat there more often. Never seen a fast food place as un cleaned as this place. No excuse.
