Usually love coming to this location, i ordered a sandwich because i was starving, but when i got it it had one slice of ham and everything else greens, i was too hungry to complain but it was disappointing to pay over $10 for this.

Food and atmosphere get 5 stars.Service received 4 stars, due to not putting the Large Broccoli Mac & Cheese in the To Go bag.The ticket that was attached to bag indicates that it should have been checked by: No name shown in that space. I contacted the manager (Noah) he apologized for the inconvenience. We came to an agreement and once I return to restaurant to complete my pat of agreement I will Update this review.

I buy a lot of $50 gift cards every time during the holiday season plus you get the $10 bonus card. Placed my order tried the bonus card it did not work young lady helping me goes to get the manager he says I’m too busy. Came back later got the manager he accused me of using it I’m a senior citizen not a thief. The young lady confirmed that it didn’t work . Saturday night manager has a bad bad unprofessional attitude i’ll use my card at Baymeadows Panera bread and cross my fingers. Update this idiot Manager didn’t even no this. The bonus card did not work because it’s not active till January 1 and accuses me of using it and saying it’s being used you can’t use it you fool till 1 January and you’re a manager

Just ordered a drive through AVOCADO / egg white sandwich. After paying a very rude lady came to the window stating that their avocados were rock solid, if I wanted something else for my avocado sandwich… I was very disappointed since it was 7 am on a Tuesday. Thus I simply said, give me the avocado sandwich without avocado… and she had it ready and handed it immediately…. $6.7 for an avocado sandwich without avocado… first and last Panera breakfast for me

My wife and I visit this location often. The food is great, but it’s always dirty. The tables are not clean. The floor is filthy and the dishes are always piling up. There should be a dining room cleaner at work all the time. I actually cleaned 5 tables with the wet wipes myself. Please keep the dining room clean at all times. It should be a requirement. Time of visit 4pm 11/5/2023

Flat bread pizza was pretty gross,undercooked and not sure what sauce they use but ughh. Salad was ok but this place is way overpriced for below average food. I also don't understand why ask for a tip when you basically bus your own table and order at the kiosk?

Ordered hot coffee - went to coffee pot at the coffee and tea station in the middle and filled my cup but the coffee wasn't hot- asked the person at the counter and he just pointed to the cabinet below the pot and told me to use the microwave!! Told the company but no response.never went back to that location.
Placed an order on kiosk. No human available.Had to clean my own table . Asked a worker about cleaning a table and they pointed me to where the rags are.I ordered a whole sandwich got half. They did bring the other half later after asking for it.My wife had the mozzarella tomato Baguette. Had two small tomatto slices and almost no mozzarella. When I asked if they could cut the baguette, they said no its against company policy.Then proceeded to bus my own table.Bathroom was out of TP and paper towels.I know some of this comes with panerra but food quality is usually better. Service is usually better.

Food is very inconsistent at this location. Every time I order the chipotle flatbread pizza. It tastes different. Last time they forgot to drizzle the chipotle sauce on top. Very disappointed. There was a long wait also for my last visit.
