I’m a sip cup member and there have been many times I’ve come in for an unsweetened tea and there is absolutely none. Then today, I ordered a sandwich Togo and waited. When it never came up I went to ask. The girl laughed and said that the ticket was an mis-feed and asked my order. They never let me know- just waited for me to go ask. I requested a refund and they walked over to the register and found my ticket immediately repeating my order. I guess they could have made it afterall.

This is the worst Panera in Jax. I fully believe that. All the staff is extremely rude. From the people who take your order, the people who make your food, the people who are walking past the counter to the back.

The issues have existed for years.
Food is always made wrong (this exact order for instance was supposed to be have no tomatoes due to an allergy) you're never given sauces that are requested even when paying for them and when you do get them it ends up like this which then you can't even eat because there are chunks of plastic all inside of the sauce and the sauce also all over everything in the bag.
When I pointed that out to the guy in the back he literally slide a clear salad container (he was supposed to put the food in that anyways as I requested and ever have issues with at any other location) and had like 2 napkins on top of it.

Also, the bowl of soup my husband got was awful. It smelled rotten and he would've been happier with 3D chicken from a Campbell's can.

Waste of money.

Never again.

I ordered from DoorDash today, around a 60$ order including the fees and tips. I order from Panera quite often, as it’s one of my favorite places to eat. Today I was extremely disappointed in receiving my order, I was missing both of my French baguette sides, which I paid for the honey walnut spread specifically for those. I ordered the mitten cookie, and received a pumpkin cookie instead, I understand you could’ve been sold out but you’re supposed to accommodate to the customers replacement and nothing was asked. And for my Caesar salad, which is the most disappointing part, no one wants their salad they ordered with dressing, without dressing! I opened my dressing container and there was two or three drops of Caesar inside?? The food is always phenomenal, but when a customer is spending so much money on food please make sure the order is correct!!

We stopped in for a coffee and decided to have a breakfast sandwich too. I have to say, the sandwich was very good. Definitely fresh and delicious. Their coffee was good too. We relaxed at a table and enjoyed both. Very nice experience and thumbs up to the food. We will return. This is a nice location.

It’s a very well run panera bread. Clean, quick, comfortable, lively and quiet at the same time. The food never disappoints. I do wish the bread with the soup was a little warmed up, but that’s a very small detail

Panera Bread has gone down the toilet. Simple orders cannot be done right. Food is just not the same anymore.

Really filthy dining rooms. Such sticky bathroom floors my feet kept getting stuck.. the food was pretty average but the mac and cheese just wasn’t worth it to me. Very flavorless. Seemed too hot like it was microwaved.

The service at this location is awful. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. I walked in before work, no one greeted me or cared to do so. It's one thing to be busy, but A you aren't busy and B you couldn't even acknowledge me by saying you would be right with me... 2 different staff members saw and walked right by me... so we waited and waited... and finally walked out. Get it together. People have options.

10:15 am on 9/28. I politely asked for a table to be wiped off (needed the outlet) and the cashier tells me I can wipe it myself and points to where wipes are. I decide to not make a big deal and so I say I’ll wipe my own table if there’s hand sanitizer I can use after and this girl really says well you can go use the bathroom when you’re done. Ridiculous. Couldn’t leave quick enough. Furthermore, there were no other customers in line so why she couldn’t do her job, I’m not sure. Had a nice meal at my local Panera, Regency location. They are so nice at the Regency location and also the employees, shockingly, come to work to work.

How the mighty have fallen. Panera Bread used to be great—honestly, one of the best. However, it seems that things have taken a turn for the worse. Now, they have entrance locks on the bathrooms, which don’t even seem worth securing given their less-than-pleasant state. The menu is cluttered with a barrage of options, but the food just doesn’t live up to expectations. There was a time when the selection was limited, but the quality was spot on. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. To top it off, my order was wrong, and the tables were sticky. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in a place that once set a high standard. I guess I won’t be returning to Panera anytime soon.
