This is by far the friendliest and cleanest Panera we have ever eaten at I want to say a special comment about Frieda who is the server in the store . She cares about everyone and goes above and beyond to make sure each and every customer is treated right . We go here every Monday and Friday for lunch after picking our grandson up from VPK . She always greets us and makes sure our orders are correct. Frieda deserves recognition for service above and beyond . Thank you Frieda for making our visits enjoyable

No cashier. Order booth missing pagers.Today I didn't have my card. Had to ask various staff for help, only to be ignored.Eventually someone showed up.Let's just say Panera service since COVID gone downhall drastically.To be avoided.

This was a festival of errors. We decided on this location for a Saturday lunch. We wanted to take advantage of a modest offer by ordering through the app. We ordered on the app while sitting in the parking lot and got through the whole order and hit SEND. The app informed us there was a problem. We did it two more times, once from the parking lot and again from inside the dining room. It failed both times. So we went up to the kiosks knowing that we would likely to get the offer. We went through the whole order again and failed again. Another patron at the kiosks evidently experienced the same thing as he huffed and got in line to the counter cashier. The giggly cashier was nice but a low talker and just giggled when telling people about the problems. She said they knew about it but nothing was done. Our points did not scan. After ordering we found a relatively clean table; the dining room was not picked up and disorderly. We got our drinks at the unkempt drink station and had to ask that supplies be replenished. On the positive side the flatbread and southwest chicken sandwich were both very good, as was the pumpkin muffin. Overall this location is like a Keystone Kops operation with everyone clueless and floundering. I blame poor management from the shift manager up though the district manager. Learn this: you serve PEOPLE, not food.

Usually love coming to this location, i ordered a sandwich because i was starving, but when i got it it had one slice of ham and everything else greens, i was too hungry to complain but it was disappointing to pay over $10 for this.

This Panera (and MOST Panera's) should not be open past 8pm. They run out of everything after that time and then attempt to substitute (at full price, mind you) substandard food. Get it together Panera. See you again in another 8-12 months out of necessity.....maybe.
i live close so i liked having this place to get something quickly, but i can't be bothered anymore. the drive through is slower than molasses in january and they have the LAZIEST people making sandwiches. my sandwich had the chicken salad in one big ball from the scoop, completely uneven and didn't even try to spread it out. if you hate your job that much just quit???

My wife and I visit this location often. The food is great, but it’s always dirty. The tables are not clean. The floor is filthy and the dishes are always piling up. There should be a dining room cleaner at work all the time. I actually cleaned 5 tables with the wet wipes myself. Please keep the dining room clean at all times. It should be a requirement. Time of visit 4pm 11/5/2023

Flat bread pizza was pretty gross,undercooked and not sure what sauce they use but ughh. Salad was ok but this place is way overpriced for below average food. I also don't understand why ask for a tip when you basically bus your own table and order at the kiosk?

Placed an order on kiosk. No human available.Had to clean my own table . Asked a worker about cleaning a table and they pointed me to where the rags are.I ordered a whole sandwich got half. They did bring the other half later after asking for it.My wife had the mozzarella tomato Baguette. Had two small tomatto slices and almost no mozzarella. When I asked if they could cut the baguette, they said no its against company policy.Then proceeded to bus my own table.Bathroom was out of TP and paper towels.I know some of this comes with panerra but food quality is usually better. Service is usually better.
