I placed a rapid pick up order today for a whole sandwich, a half, and salad. Mid-way into my second half I noticed this little guy squirming in the paper. I have a video but couldn’t upload here I believe it is a pin worm, not sure. I don’t know how many of them I ate already but beware. Trying to get a refund but it’s been difficult since it was done online.

Quick friendly service here: the drive thru doesn’t usually take long. They have never gotten my order wrong. I never even check the bag. A risk I know but I have gotten extremely comfortable lol.

It's my 1st time at this location & it's been a while since I've been to Panera. Delaney was the kind, professional, caring cashier who took our order. I misread the menu she was so sweet taking time to explain. Delaney stayed busy cleaning, stocking napkins, trash & back to the register taking orders. I was truly impressed! Thank you, Delaney, for A Very,Very Pleasant experience.

Panoramic always hits. However, I will say that the quality we once enjoyed has definitely changed. I am aware that it is not Paneras' fault that inflation has happened, but dang.
This spot is growing on me. Since it is so new I don't think the regulars are present like some of the other Paneras. It seems like it has the Uptown rush.

The staff pulls the Coffee very early. After 4pm it's usually cold and old. The staff get fussy if you ask for fresh.
