Panera most locations around jax are over cooking their bagels. It’s so disappointing because our family love them normally but we have stopped getting them as much as we used to. I hope all location fix that problem

Me and my daughter came here on New Year's Eve. They stayed open late and we wanted to go out to eat for a mother daughter date and this was the only thing open. I hadn't been to a Panera in years. It easy to order, the food and service was nice and the employees were very nice. It was a bit cramped due to one section being closed but it was a nice time. My daughter got the chicken sandwich and I got the Caesar salad and Frontega Chicken Sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Turning into homeless central management has to speak up and put a stop to loitering. Paying customers don't want to be around this. One homeless person was coughing all over the place another homeless man was about 300lbs walking around with legs that were draining fluid through bandages.

After being disappointed with Panera delivery the last few times, received my entire and correct order! Last few orders had missing cream cheese tubs, unsliced bagels and/or different flavored bagels mixed together.all good this time and bagels are fresh and delicious. Delivery driver was great, placing order on table on our front porch as requested. My only suggestion for Panera. Bag everything bagels alone and separate from other bagels. Glad they were not put in with cinnamon or Asiago ones this time, but the sesame bagels now taste like everything bagels too.

My French Onion was not hot, wouldn't melt the cheese...I was told to microwave it myself ?
Ordered an order from the app and had an issue. I called the restaurant and Chelsea was SO helpful with resolving the issue and even caught a mistake. I really appreciate the great customer service!

This is my third visit to this location. I understand it is an urban core design but it is so cold and sterile inside compared to other Paneras. It always seems understaffed, out of too many items, food presentation is not up to par with other locations and today I ordered the squash soup and it almost seemed like it had been watered down. Last time i will go to this location.

I have only been to a Panera Bread restaurant once in the Ortega area of Jax/Fl. And that was many years ago. I'm not much for sandwich shops. If I get a ham sandwich it will be on bread with no cheese toasted then only mustard and mayo with black pepper only.
