I use this place as my satellite office! Be sure to get your sip club for drinks. Also, since its autumn be sure to try their autumn squash soup! It's Devine. Great staff also!

First time visiting here, I got the chicken bacon ranch and my mom got the smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich combo. Great food and nice quiet atmosphere

Shout out to Panera on Roosevelt. They left my sandwich out of my delivery order. When I called, they took the information on the missing sandwich and had it to me in under 20 minutes. Excellent customer service!

My family and I have eaten at Panera Bread locations throughout the Southeast, and we generally enjoy the food very much. In fact, when we moved to Jacksonville in 2022, one of the franchises we looked for first was Panera Bread. The location that is closest to our home is on Roosevelt. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not live up to the franchises' reputation.

Went there to enjoy a comfortable evening after sailing on my sail boat from fernandina beach after the Fourth of July, was sitting outside in my swimming trunks not bothering a soul ( regular customer by the way, not anymore however ) and was approached by a non employee from Panera, claimed to be a property manager and said that the manager here didn’t want me there because I looked like I was “ Homeless “ ( mind you just me sitting in my swimming trunks outside at the picnic table with my flip flops enjoying the day ) was contemplating on what to get until this occurred, also filed a complaint with the corporate headquarters against them, very unprofessional & sad, if that’s how businesses are running now and these days then we need to rethink a few things. ( wasn’t trespassed either just was told I looked homeless because I had swim trunks on….. ) so next time i go I’ll be recording to practice my rights & safety and if they proceed to carry this out further I’ll file a class action lawsuit against them.

General the service is good, but sometimes there is a little chaos in the server area, and the orders are still on the counter, and nobody calls the name
