Panera Bread

Went there to enjoy a comfortable evening after sailing on my sail boat from fernandina beach after the Fourth of July, was sitting outside in my swimming trunks not bothering a soul ( regular customer by the way, not anymore however ) and was approached by a non employee from Panera, claimed to be a property manager and said that the manager here didn’t want me there because I looked like I was “ Homeless “ ( mind you just me sitting in my swimming trunks outside at the picnic table with my flip flops enjoying the day ) was contemplating on what to get until this occurred, also filed a complaint with the corporate headquarters against them, very unprofessional & sad, if that’s how businesses are running now and these days then we need to rethink a few things. ( wasn’t trespassed either just was told I looked homeless because I had swim trunks on….. ) so next time i go I’ll be recording to practice my rights & safety and if they proceed to carry this out further I’ll file a class action lawsuit against them.

Stopped in to pick up a loaf of bread at 4:4pm they were out of bread. Assistant was cleaning up for closing. Will not be returning.

General the service is good, but sometimes there is a little chaos in the server area, and the orders are still on the counter, and nobody calls the name

Rude employee's are never acceptable when I am spending my money to keep you all in business. This was my 1st at this location. The to go order person was very rude. This will be my LAST time at this location.

Quick in and out carry-out

I'll give anyone a million dollars 🤪 if they can tell me what kind of meat and which sandwich from the menu these photos are of... Because I ordered a whole chicken sandwich ✅ frontega chicken & a half turkey with bacon one❓turkey bravo... I don't see turkey or bacon on this... I'm confused. I strongly advise against ordering online for pickup here - this is not the 1st time my order was confusing and whack...

I go here just about everyday for breakfast. Great service. Consistently good food.

I LOVE this Panera!! The staff is wonderful, my breakfast and coffee are fresh and delicious each morning and everyone goes the extra mile to make you feel at home. They are my people.
